i just got the game, its cool...how do u beat renji in story mode...i keep finishing his life bar, then i try getsuga tenshou or the other one and its not finishing him off

you have to have less than half health left and enter that one mode (squrae and triangle). also finish with a full gauge

I thought Hikka Zekkou was a one time thing and after that, the zanpakutou is rendered virtually unable to battle till it heals again. I guess the fillers f'd up and Renji could do it once during SS arc due to lack of training.
