@xXOfficerAwesomeXx your browser may save files automaticlly to other direction. Look in your browser options for that. If you will find where your files are saved after downloading you can open directly from that directory, you don't need to have it exactly on your desktop

@REDEroblox download it from google. Its not a microsoft program, this is why you don't have it.

well i downloaded the outline plugin and when i was saving it to the effects file in paint.NET it said "You dont have permision to save in this location" Help?

@sarah23346 try to save it to the desktop and then to put it into that folder. If it will still don't work that means you are not logged into administrator account on your computer.

@sarah23346 check out your internet browser settings. I may save your files into different folder, like your documents... etc.

@LiizThePhoenix every seperate plugin/effect has got his own dll file. So just put all dll files into effects folder

@LiizThePhoenix just put plugin file into Effects folder which is in Paint.NET dir. If you want you can watch my tutorial on how to install plugins manually.

If you want to do this easier, just save it straight into the paint.net folder.
