If Corsi was running for President - his past would come into question. But for publishing his book?

The substance of his book is correct, though Corsi does himself no favors with making some factual errors in terms of minutiae and overstating some things. Also, he sometimes resorts to questionable sources when better ones are available. All this undermines the book's credibility.
Beckel chose to make his attack on the basis of lies and ad hominiem when he could have used his time to attack the book.

i have read Corsi's book and have noticed that most of the information comes from Obama's own autobiography (and that means OBAMA wrote it himself) and there are some pretty radical things said in The Dreams of My Father. Also, notice how Bob attacked his character but failed to disprove anything Corsi said. The only information we have for discerning who Obama resonates with is in his own words, in which it would be illogical to lie about resonating with such a man in a book Obama wrote about himself. One motive behind as to why Obama would lie about when he ceased drug use, would be to make the drug problem seem like less than it is, almost as if he had full control over his drug use all along, when it generally known that for most drug users, this is not the case.

But there's no relevance between Corsi's past to the publication of his books. Obama is different as he is running for an office who will have direct authority over people's affairs. That's a huge difference. You can choose not to buy a book and it won't affect your daily life. Obama being President, regardless of how you voted, will affect you regardless. If Corsi was running for President - his past would come into question. But for publishing his book?

You have to deal with the individual facts that Corsi has presented and discredit them and so far from what I'm reading, the liberals on this forum haven't done a good job explaining away anything in Corsi's book. You guys doing what Beckel did, ignoring Corsi's research and just going into bringing up his quotes from the past, but if you notice - none of the complaining you guys do change the facts in Corsi's Obama book and it hasn't changed the facts in Corsi's John Kerry book.
