Everything was so different to me because I was a bit outdated on games , the graphics , the ambience and all the movement around me , it all seemed so different from the old games in which you can guess what can and not happen .

I always found it strange how though you can clearly hear the sounds of cars (not just Combine APCs) you never see any of them driving. I always wondered who was driving cars in City 17. Certainly not the Civil Protection or the Overwatch since they move around in APCs and Dropships. My best guess is that it's kind of how it was early on in the communist countries were you had to have permission to own a car. Maybe cars are given to citizens most loyal to Breen and the Combine.

@Zatiria Why do you think the noise is from something other than APCs?

@gorgolyt Because they use human horns? I don't know about you but I don't picture combine putting human horns into their APCs. I mean if they put weird sirens into the APCs why would they do the opposite with the horns (at least i think they have sirens, hard to tell it from an alarm sound). Especially since everything that the Combine do is try to make everything as "inhuman" as possible.

@Zatiria I don't hear any horns. The only horn sound I hear is the one they use on the trains.

@gorgolyt Listen closely you can clearly hear horns like the ones used in modern cars among all other ambient noises. I assure you I am not confusing them with combine train signals or combine sirens.

For some reason, when I hear the lady announce the warning messages in Espanol, I always think of an airport terminal. Like she's saying "Please do not leave bags unattended." I know she's not saying that, but it reminds me of that. lol

Yo por ejemplo no puedo jugar al Smod, al counter strike source, al Portal y a muchos otros debido a que esos juegos sobrecalientan mi portatil y se me apaga y tengo que esperar a mi cumple para tener un sobremesa que me los aguante :(

Mmmh... Pues si es el original no sabría ayudarte, prueba a reinstalar el hl2...

Una cosa, cuando se te traba te sale un error llamado hl2.exe o simplemente se te congela la pantalla?

hey tengo un problema en mi half life 2 ps todo esta bien hasta que aparece un helicoptero y carro de los combine les disparo con la bazzoka y ps mi pantalla empieca a parpadear y se traba el half life 2 alguien que me pueda ayudar porfavor : )

Dos cosas:

1- Puede ser problema de tu tarjeta gráfica

2- Puede ser debido a que tu half life 2 no es original de Steam
