I've been following your videos for years... your vertical hasn't changed much at all.
Try jumping down from high places 40-50times a day 1.5m to 2m high.
My vertical increase by 10cm over 2 weeks doing it this way, I played basketball for my highschool over 4 year but failed to increase my vertical more than 5cm while my explosive sprint speed is top notch on the team.
Think of this method as a can opener for people who has done some strength training but still lack explosiveness.
@icashADDICT thats dangerous what you're telling him to do...depth jumps really shouldn't be used as often as you're saying...especially for someone who hasn't used them before...you shouldn't be jumping from 6 feet up either thats also a fairly terrible idea

@icashADDICT thats dangerous what you're telling him to do...depth jumps really shouldn't be used as often as you're saying...especially for someone who hasn't used them before...you shouldn't be jumping from 6 feet up either thats also a fairly terrible idea
