Hey I'm French and I'm gonna explain you what this song means. The video exactly fits to the song. Celine sings "if only one woman remained, I would be this one". I think she means the different ones or different parts of herself. In France, the videos are totally different, it's much sober, it's like poems, not as spectacular and impressive than in the USA.

Great song. Not so great video. I think I know what they were after with this clip, but they didn't quite get it, and all the "Celines" looked interesting, but the acting didn't really match the song. However the girl's a singer, not an actress, so it doesn't really matter! The best part, though, was her pointing at the camera. That was more like what the video should have been.
