  • its one of the toughest, make sure you want to be serious its one of the toughest duty stations in our army. but if its what your looking for youll love it

  • Airborne all the way

This shows the good that is being done.

  • the difference is the 101st is a helicopter div.the 82nd jumps from planes the 101st deploy from helicopters.

  • I served in the 82nd airborne Div. for 8 years.(8 LONG YEARS)!At Bragg it was alot of running (longsteet),alot of training,if it wasnt raining we wasnt training, fresh haircuts every mon pressed bdus, highly spitshined boots everyday.Alot of bs.on the weekends if we wasnt in the feild, alot of partying and women (what happens down range, stays down range). any new weapons we got them first amd i kinda think we were more diciplined (maybe),and of course we jumped out of planes.

  • Our troops are banking on YOU! Ron Paul 2008!!

American troops have spoken! More American troops donated to Ron Paul in the third quarter than any other presidential candidate! That means they want to come home! Please support Ron Paul!

  • hay i like the fact that you want to be in the 82d airborn, but when we are not deployed all we do is train and cut grass, so if you like to cut grass your welcome they will love you...

  • Seriously, I felt like I was a janitor most of the time on base.

  • Could someone please tell me is there any differance between the 82nd & 101st? Watching these videos I see why we have the most powerful military on earth.

  • 101st is more of a task force division while the 82nd is more of a how can I say Peace Keeper Division. Both are great though, AIRBORNE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • one is a air-assualt division. While the other one is a ariborne division, which is the 82nd Airborne.

  • The 82nd jumps out of planes and the 101st repell from blackhawks

  • You have the 82nd Airborne and the 101st Airborne Screaming Eagles. Two different divisions.

  • Well, for one, the 101st, while good, is a leg division, while the god almighty eighty deuce is the only airborne in America's arsenal.

  • 101st in WW2 was Airborne. The Army has now made them Air Assault. 82nd is just 1 of the Airborne divisions but is more known than others.

  • 101 - air assault - helicopters

    82 - airborne - jumping

Once they're on the ground, they're both infantry. It's just how they get there (sometimes)

  • how do you get into airborne school and right when you get out do you get into an airborne division? and arevthe steps to goin airborne put it in ur contract then bct then ait then airborne school....then wats osut?

  • my brother in law is serving in the 82nd over there...may he come safe in November...nice video

  • How does the Airborne compare to the infantry of the USMC.

  • it doesnt usmc is like a DIRTY OLD LEG... A LEG...

  • the airborne is more well trained w more up to date equiptment and has more support units....airborne-all the fuckin way
