@niko369 No. Defensive positioning has zero to do if a play is offside in hockey. You are thinking of soccer. This is hockey not soccer (well, it used to be hockey not soccer). In hockey, if you are to dump the puck into the zone you have to cross the red center ice line. Then, In order for your teammate to then legally touch it first, the puck must be dumped across the goal line and the puck must enter the offensive zone clearly before any skater on the attacking team. That makes this OFFSIDE
