I forgot to mention i took multiple frames of this vid, put them on paint and zoomed in. You can clearly tell there is some sort of cockpit. Whoever said this is a turtle balloon is wrong. A turtles shell doesn't rise that high. This object is moving at quite a steady pace, in a steady direction. A balloon rises, twists and writhes in the wind. Whoever said this is a balloon clearly has no skills in analysis and everyone just follows the trend of saying its a balloon. Afraid its possibly a UFO.

This is what a weather balloon looks like from a distance. It can't debunk the protrusions coming out of the object, or the abnormally thick part of the string at the bottom of the object, AND that it is only moving in a lateral direction, weather balloons are normally set free at a high altitude to actually do it's job, not at that shallow an altitude.

It was small, somewhat parallelagram shaped and black except for the extremely bright white light that pulsed on and off as it slowly and incredibly smoothly moved swiftly up quadra just above the telephone wires. I was on mescaline atm by the way, but Im still sure it was a UFO of sorts because one of the two other people walking on that block of quadra who were not walking with me or eachother freaked out and said "oh what.. did you see that!?" litterally just at the moment I said "OMG WDF"...
