Can anyone be in doubt about why the Crown Prosecution Service has NOT launched an investigation into the Duchess of York’s efforts at extorting money in return for introducing people to the rich and powerful?
Can't feel much sympathy for Fergie. she's just a washed-up media whore.... but the News Of The World are the real gutter press, talk about entrapment, thank God they are now extinct, along with their stings and phone hacking tricks - good riddance to those scumbags.
Why was there never any investigation into this? Because it would have opened a HUGE can of worms. How do we know that Prince Andrew didn't know about this? It could have been a case of him saying 'Look-do what you want-I don't want to know...' That is, he knew she was up to something but didn't want the details so he could say he didn't know. He must have known what she was like. I believe her when she said he joked that she could get more money or whatever-he just didn't have ALL the details.
Guys doing this brand of blackmail work, generally work both sides. Possibly this video more so damns who is working the camera more than the dutchess. This video might actually prove helpful to tacking someone who is a huge threat to society, the camera man's boss, probably the guy who hired the guy who hired the camera man. It's an interesting bit of evidence.
Generally royals feel so at risk, feel so caught out from the world, they'd stab fetuses through moms to keep from suffering what they think they've earned supporting the murder they have. Surely Fergie needs a hospital for a long stay. But, in the grand scale of things, this is not a very monstrous crime recorded here. If she expressed understanding the extent of the damage done to society by bribery and it's resultant reality, she'd be hugely damnable, I see mere petty criminality.
Not to say, surely she is not so damnable as surely recognized her bribed and blackmailed kind are hugely murdering the planet, possibly she is so aware. I'm justing saying, in this tape, I see no evidence of it. I'd have to examine more of her life to say, whether I feel she realizes being so egregiously damnable as knowingly assist mass murderers. But this manner of blackmail footage aquired by bribery definitely speaks to a wider problem, apart from what this criminal cashier accomplished.
@danielvincentkelley 2 things tell me this blackmail tape is being used exactly for that, even while it's been released to the public. #1 There being no active prosecution, meaning the weight of the what the tape is worth hangs in the balance, apparently controlled by controlling all the "prosecutors" and judges who become aware and don't act to adjudicate this crime of racketeering expressed in this tape released to the public of a royal family member seeking cash for introductions.
#2 the totality of what is presented in the tape makes no mention of the criminality being applied by the man performing the setup, entrapment at least, but more likely intent to bribe a bureaucrat chief, the Prince, his wife as proxy. The tape is presented as though it certifies the guilt of Fergie, without any mention of the criminality of the man doing the conversational setup, much less any notion expressed of this tape being worth strictly blackmail, due entrapment.
@danielvincentkelley Plus their being no presentment of any valid actionable sting performed, for which her prosecution be sought. They say she is not long a member of the royal family as though her husband isn't still prince and she still his wife. Situation solved, the bottom of this crime not nearly found, yet no further investigation will be performed, because it all too obviously points to the present financial dominant.
