Wraith's are amazing! When you question if they can get close enough to launch their melee attacks, bare in mind they can go through unmovable terrain like ghost, and half of your hits wound count due to this.

the dreadnought, assuming that we're still talking DoW here, would have apretty good chance of surviving. It would just keep slaughtering 1-2 units a swing, like it did those wraiths (although admittedly wraiths are rather fragile, sorta like Eldar (hard hitting, little armor to speak of))

I'd give the Dread a 90% chance of survival, assuming no reinforcements of any sort.

Wraiths are just scout units, not really usable to me except for scouting enemy territory to send zombies after.Other then that, they take up too much space in your infantry pool as well for what they are worth.

the wraiths didnt summon the flayed ones. flayed ones aren't immiditly deployed after they've been built. once their built you can select the monolith and have them summon in anywhere where the fog of war has been lifted for your team. try playing the game before saying its out of context
