B:Im a Hairstylist so trust me when I say this,thats not at all safe what that girl did to your hair.Your head felt that that way because she directly heated a metal related object (Foil) to your wet hair which sent an electric current/ shock to your head. So basically she was shocking you, which is not safe.Please dont do that again or stop doing it.:)
