  • I can’t see your whole body, so I can’t tell what kind of mechanics you have overall. But I will say that you’ve got some good habits there.

    1. Keeping your hands up near the temples. Lots of boxers keep their hands chin level, but a hit to the temple can result in a knock out too.

    2. Relaxation to the point of impact. Of course!

    3. Shoulder rotation to increase reach and power.
