raiden suked ass in mgs2 so he decided to go the surgery that gray fox(ninja in mgs1 4 those who dont kno) to become a helpful "super soldier" to Snake. Raiden is just more advanced(no shit) and doesnt need to pop pills every few hours. o yea supposedly he dies after he kills Vamp(I hope to god he does...he(Vamp) pissed me off so much in mgs2 lol)

it is called "metal gear solid " Main Theme Artist: Norihiko Hibino you can just type the artist name in to limewire or what ever your using and the song will come up . Also all the song's and this one in the video are on the metal gear solid 3 first bite sound track hope that help you.

And seriously, WHY wasn't Raiden this badass in MGS2? I was playing as a wimp for %80 of the game when I could have been playing as this guy. He's way stronger, has a MUCH deeper voice(Thank you Konami, I hated his previous voice, hell even the president mistakened him for a woman, lol), he's strong enough to take down 12 mini Rays, and even flexible enough to hold a sword in his FOOT. Seriously, who can do that?!

You can kill Raikov or knock him out, but it doesn't really matter in MGS3. They probably just made it as a joke cause if you pick "I like MGS2" in the new game screen, you'll start off with the Raiden mask on trying to trick you into thinking you'll play as Raiden in this one, otherwise just making it a coincidence that Sigint made a mask that looked exactly like Raikov. They might go into that story in MGS4, but it isn't neccesary to the story(or is it?)
