rofl i was able to make strong forwarders with cheap assed values. u just needed about +65 points to distribute on stats when they were over 70-80.

made one with 93 speed+85 shoot+ 87 dash+90 tech, on average had 68 with not much stamina and power tho, but was enough good as T.Keegan which had 81 of total stats.

i also like some quite cheap fw as spasic, breszul and dimitrov which were quite decent with 70 of total stats. others with cheap and good stats were melville and capitale

My experience with 99 all players are that they are imbalanced... Particularly when shooting... The best shooters in this game, in my opinion, Bock and Costan. No where near 99 everything.
