as a Liverpool fan I have to say this years title belongs to ManCity unless they royally fuck up or Rooney gets his act together. Dzeko will allow Tevez to find extra space and dominate even more, chipping in with goals himself while adjusting to the league. Next year their partnership will be deadly and scary especially with Balotelli ready to step up.
