  • I totally agree. A lot of people are looking for help and look to companies who offer FREE FREE FREE and then sucked into some kind of MLM or some kind of business that felt good, looked good and sounded good BUTT! Was more for growing there business then helping the little man become a self sufficient man.

  • We provide anywhere from 10-20 totally free content-specific webinars a month to our market. totally free, good content, no catch. Totally educational from speakers in our industry (education). Works for our market and works for us. Love JG, but think you're off on this one.

  • You may get 5 mins of "valuable" information but then 45 mins of sales pitch. The "valuable" information is something you can get for free ... by googling it ... not only from the webinar. From the webinar you are getting his or her perspective! Heck...form your own.

I believe the way for buyers to do research is for them to search YouTube for a product demonstration...not by a "webinar". Sales people can create their own video to help earn the trust and get the call.

  • I dont know if I agree on this one Git. Webinars are a great way to be educated about someones product or service WITHOUT being a customer. Buyers are doing more research these days and rely on this stuff. This is particularly true in BtoB.
