  • HOY HOY HOY OHOY OHOY!!!! ?????????

  • what i see here is just simple this guy can kick your butt easly with his sanda style...and not matter how hard you hit he will not feels anything ...

  • The most strongest shaolin monk i ever seen.!!!!!! Nothing but respect

  • what a fraud. another kung fu fake ass master..

real kung fu masters train in the southern fists styles. this guy is just some K-1 wanna be kickboxer.

i don't care how much punishment you can take to the body. I wanna see some proven fights in the ring and ability to take hits to the face without flinching or getting dropped. All this body hardening training is dumb and doesn't prove anything. If you advocate such training, you might as well fight in the ring..

  • @fightmeupuss steel jacket is body not face, and Shifu Shi Yan Lei is the real deal, you shouldn't talk shit about stuff you don't know about. You should just stick to watching UFC, Dream, etc..

  • shifu yan lei fired up

  • the swords were good though

  • no very good ok

  • not true iron shirt ppl @ 3:50 hes hurt.

  • yes. funny

  • He is pretty ripped for a monk.

  • lol hes funy wen he makes tht sound hes body is to fit for shaolin and iron jacket is realy good

  • trust me when i say his body is like steel there is no way any kick or punch going through. Ps its not just external training also qi gong conditions body internaly.

  • Sorry but he is a shaolin monk, his name is Shi Yan Lei and how do you know "He got no spiritual minds"

  • Sorry.. but a people which is just teaching the way of fighting is not spiritual.. he is more like a thay boxer! He should teach Buddhism also in his "Shaolin Temple"

  • Erm hate to bust your bubble but he is a shaolin monk (34th generation actually), studied at the shaolin temple since he was 15 before setting up his temple over here with another monk, and they do teach buddhism at the temple along with Qi Gong. He does not teach kung fu as a way of fighting but rather to keep the body fit and healthy, try learning something about shaolin and their monks, along with the Sifu you so willing dispute before making uncalled for and untrue statements.

  • @paiskdefy ok one this guy ur right is deffinetly not shaolin monk but let me tell you the shaolin monks are just as or even more ripped

  • Ale jesteś ciemny koleś widać że nie masz pojęcia o Shaolin this is great master Shifu Yan Lei

  • Yan Lei is the number one for me! He's my living Bruce Lee! :)

  • what a weirdo. theirs nothing great about being able to take blows to the stomach. i have seen real taichi masters take two flying kicks to the chest. this is rubbish external training/

  • yes after years of training the BODY becomes invulnerable. the only part of the body he seems to have that is invulnerable is his six pack. after a few years of situps and hitting myself now and again i'm able to do exactly these same stunts and believe me theres nothing special about them. if he gets an iron neck or iron balls and can withstand blows there, then maybe i'd be impressed.

  • Shifu Yan Lei is usually such a quiet man o_O

  • VERY INSPIRATIONAL!!

  • my friend no one's saying his invulnerable. hes just trained his whole body to withstand alot of punishment.

you could say that thai fighters have the iron body techniques because they can absorb massive amounts of punishment to thier leg, torso and arms.

boxer has to withstand massive amounts of strikes to the torso, that again is a iron shirt or a steel jacket technique.

the chinese just gave it a desirable name and have different methods of training, but in the end its the same thing.

  • Its all in the mind, I know for a fact in about 200 bc they used to take people with down syndrome and madness and teach them martial art sets, convince them they could float and be invincible, because they had a lesser grip on reality then anyone else, they convinced there muscles of it 2.

  • @peacepiper

    I agree.

I am a 20 year Chinese Gung Fu Practitioner and after all this training, I find my legs to be ugly; because of all the scars and nicks and bumps, but even when me friends kick me and I only block, they hurt their own legs, arms and bodies as a whole.

Finding your own center is important; being comfortable with yourself and with your opponent is important, but being comfortable with yourself is more important, because if you attack yourself, how could you possibly defend?

  • @chenzenzo Same thing here mannn lol, however i am 19 and agreed, like in Sun Tzu's Art of War. Knowing thyself is the first step to victory

  • @peacepiper is there some way to train your face and your whole head?

  • @leereturn2006 the best way to train your face & your whole head is to train your feet to run. The art of fighting without fighting, lol

  • sure he got rock hard abs, so does every other professional thai boxer and western boxer. But i want to see him take a punch on the chin. Ive seen muay thai boxers kick and knee each other all day like that in thailand. Invulnerable my ass!.

  • Well perhaps you should come to Brighton and ask to punch him in the chin and see if your knuckles don't break on impact.
