the magnetic is under the round wooden

  • @bestamerica Yes, we call that particular big magnet "the earth."

You should visit sometime, it's nice here.

  • Hey! It's not letting me watch any of ur videos! Says an error occurred each time! Help!

  • @samness7 That usually means that you need to upgrade to the latest flash, or perhaps reload your browser.

  • Im Soviet Russia, compass spins YOU!

  • @scavenski

In Soviet Russia, THAT JOKE NOT FUNNY NO MORE

  • Cohol

  • ican make a compass with a tree

  • thats fake?

  • you're fake

  • lmao whops

  • whops !

  • HAHA I laughted so hard when I heard WHOPS

  • bit old for his voice to break isnt it?

  • Cool. This might come in handy if I'm lost in some woods or something and for some reason I'm carrying a battery and a cutting board.

  • Ha ha ^^ True enough..

  • Would it be better if you stuck two semi spheres on the end and make a ball? then and down the center of the board to make a dent or hole and put it in.

  • I saw.. I think... a yellow worm on the floor :))))))))))), and...this video is not surprising me!

  • 0:33 WOPS:D

  • hi. i've got a lensatic compass and i dont know how it works.can you explain plz?

  • DO A MAGNET ROLL!!

  • PRESS "A" TO SHOCK!

  • Concept of Directional Gyro's in aircraft? :P

  • No, actually Gyros works another way... Gyro tends to stay in the direction because of opposite forces generated when you try to move a rotating object out of it's axis...

Measure of force gives you an indication of the movement applied to the rotating object so aircraft can "correct" their direction...

  • I meant the instrument

  • really strong rare earth magnet?

  • nedodynium.... not that

  • that wont work on weak magnet

  • black magnet is weak,,,

    hardern steel magnet is strong

  • 0:23 ssssssssssss

  • 0:01 ACTION ^^ :p:d

  • actually, its 0:00

  • Ther's really no magnet under the table :-)

  • lol

  • Nice dude,

Your magnet ir really strong, I am wondering

where you got it :D Keep making videos, 5 starts from me!

  • this is aweome

  • cool and simple

    nice man

  • cooooooooooool

  • whoops xD

  • cool

  • MisterChef is correct there is TRUE NORTH and MAGNETIC NORTH.Yes they are both north but GREAT miles and DEGREES apart from one another. You must know this to properly navagate our great planet EARTH.Good point MisterChef!

  • >TRUE NORTH and MAGNETIC NORTH.

Kinda irrelevant here-- we're making a compass, and compasses only apply to magnetic north, not geographic north.

  • i can make a compass of you ass

  • would probably turn out worse than your mums

  • lol.. good come back

  • "mums"? Are you British? Some english descent parhaps?

  • I can make a compass with a tree.

  • >I can make a compass with a tree.

So can I. Chop it down. Let it dry for 20 years. Float it in water and attach a big magnet. Just like in the video, but bigger. :D

  • I meant just looking at the moss growth on a tree. It grows best on the south side of a tree, 'cause that's where it gets the most light.

  • I think you can make a compass with a peice of cork, bowl of water, needle and a magnet. Rub one end of the needle wit the magnet and put it on the cork in the water.

  • yup, thats the most common way

  • ur sorta like householdhacker

  • yeah he is but this guys stuff actually works

  • except this guy isn't a dumbass, and he knows his shit.

  • you do know that the magnetic poles are different from the earth poles right?

  • Earth poles are magnetic:D

  • They're not, actually. Earths geographical poles (like, what we consider to be the north and south poles) aren't 100% aligned with Earths magnetical poles. Wiki "Magnetical poles" or somesuch if you want the details.

  • I LOL'd

  • Your really dumb.

  • ya dude ur fucking retarded he just showed u

  • theflyre ur a stupid shit

  • I could hear the end of action. thats pretty neato.

  • how bout if you hand the magnet on a thin thread suspended since maby less friction for the movement

  • That works too. The best way is to take two of these magnets and stick them together with the thread between them.

  • hmm interesting

  • neat
