It was Christmas Day of course no one was out and when you go past the Courthouse it has always looked like that but if you go down Market now it's starting to look a lot better. City has been fixing it up and some people are making an effort instead of just complaining about it. Warren is trying to get better; it won't happen over night but it didn't get like that overnight either. Give Warren a chance it will get better!

I live in Warren myself, and I must say it is a dirty town. In fact, I live right around where this video was shot. But I AM proud to say that it isn't at least Youngstown, seeing as it has one of the highest crime rates in the US. I bought my home in Warren just over two years ago, and my only complaint is the condition of the roads. One of the roads in this town actually broke my front axle. Aside from that, however, I think Warren is perfectly acceptable.

Warren has a lot of potential to be a nice bedroom "far out suburb" type of community toCleveland..... Much is needed to curb the loud noise from ragged/illegally modified car/motorcycle mufflers, illegal stereo systems, etc. Other than that, it has a lot of potential to be a non-auto dependent town center community with lots of local history. There is still a lot of good things left there-But there also needs to be more old neighborhood restoration. Great old homes. Get rid of the riff raff.
