  • extraordinaire découverte.

  • SUBLIME!!!!

  • Thanks to a friend on a popular social networking site I now have heard this great song.

  • It makes me think of some instrumental from Magical Mystery Tour.

  • sampled for deltron 3030 - positive contact

  • hey this is cool i love it very interesting sound

  • really vivid n cool effects:),thx barry for sharing it

  • Wonderful track

Made me feel all trippy somehow

    Love it!

  • i have this on a compilation from voxx , this name , brilliant as all your posts!spraed the word!

  • Hmmm. I'm trying to figure something out here. I REALLY think this song was released under a different band name and with the title "Get Ready to Fly." Am I dreaming this up? I could swear I have "Get Ready to Fly" on a comp somewhere.

  • i think too that is in a compilation but i can't remember which

  • akis723, it's on the "Beyond the Calico Wall" comp...the best-named psych comp ever. I think ol' Greg Shaw must've conjoined the name of the band The Calico Wall together with the Ambrose Bierce story "Beyond the Wall." That's my theory, at least.

  • i happen to have the comp and to be honest i don't remember this track under that name. For me "Beyond the Calico Wall'' is one of the best 60's comp ever made. Mt. Olympus from Flower Power is one of my favourite tracks of all times. Thx for the comment, you brought me a lot of memories.

  • You are right. I also have this song titled "Get Ready to Fly" on Magic Sand's S/T lp (UNI 73094 - 1970). The writing credits on the cover go to one A.Klein as other songs on the lp, but this is the only psychedelic one. It has a slightly different mix and it's the best thing along with the cover.

  • this is fkn brilliant, sounds really familiar though

  • yea this song is sick. when i first discovered it, i thought it sounded familiar, Deltron 3030 sampled part of it for the song "positive contact"

  • never heard of this band...they sounds great.

  • Wicked.

  • This is awesome. Any connection to Green Acres or The Beverly Hillbillies, or just a band name? Lol. I wouldn't think so. What year?
