@kate22uk Yeah, that's Karen Gillan. They reused a previous supporting artist for the 11th Doctor's companion, just like they did with Martha. Or Gwen Cooper on Torchwood, for that matter.

@IHeartsDrummers she was in the 2nd to last episode of series 2 she was one of the people who were controlled by the cybermen but im not sure about gwen, thougt
@IHeartsDrummers Freema was in Army of Ghosts and Doomsday, which are the two final episodes of the second series. She played Adeola, who Martha then says is/was her cousin when she meets the Doctor in Smith and Jones. Eve Myles, who playes Gwen Cooper, appeared earlier in the first series of Doctor Who in the episode Unquiet Dead (ep 3), where she played a Cardiff girl named Gwynneth. In Journey's End, (end of 4th series), the Doctor says it's "Genetic mulitplicity," whatever that means.
