A lot of things are available in Holland. You can get beer and porn movies at the gas station, pot at the cafés and everything seems to be legal. Then you look around and see that nobody (except the American tourists) is stoned. There's no packs of drunk teens out in the street on Saturday nights and it's just the nicest place you could imagine.
Obviously the Dutch have the formula right and even though this ad seems a bit strange, it probably works just perfect in Holland.
