Yes sure, there is no problem to share the scripts. The problem is that 70% of the script is to do something else (related to the research that I was doing) and it is not very clear. I will take sometime to create a simple script with a flood of UDP traffic and I will share it through my blog. I will post it here too whenever is ready.

Well, TCP has a flow control mechanism, so it is not easy to congest a link with TCP because the protocol would back off and it would change the transmission windows to avoid congestion.

What I did it was to use UDP (or ICMP) to overflood the link with traffic.

If you want to use TCP you would need to modify the protocol in NS2, which it is possible but it may be hard to do. I have not played to that level with NS2
