Actually he is 5'10" at 190lbs. He may have weighed at 200lbs even in 1975. But for the most part he is below 200lbs. I've had the honor of knowing him and working out with him in 1992-95 when he used to come and workout in our gym. Every year he comes down to the US to promote his Nubret Classic.

I'm not sure why in Pumping Iron they said he's 6'.They did say Arnold was 6'2" when I heard someone else say that he's 6'1".They also said Arnold was 240lbs when he was 230lbs.So I don't really know what to say.Serge Nubret was very cool.He barely spoke English though but he was nice to everybody.He used to work with troubled youth and that was something that he and I shared.On a side note, when I met him he looked exactly like he did in Pumping Iron, EXACTLY.Best abs I've seen in my life.
