I deal with one for sure. I will try to apply this advice but I'm about ready to work on my own website full time. I'm studying John Chow too so I can try to lone-wolf things. I love to work, just not for these flombaroons!

There's a reason certain bosses are stupid. They were never good at anything besides bossing people around and being stupid. So they crown themselves King of the Stupids so that they can boss people around like King of the Banana Hoard all day. Their position is sad, desperate, and pathetic when viewed from that standpoint.

Competent, experienced people are less likely to get hired in this economy because employers want to undercut salaries -- even when they can afford not to. With cheap incompetent workers, who eventually get promoted and acquire hiring power, the cycle of incompetence perpetuates itself. Dumb bosses don't hire smart people.
