hi. are u a tea drinker? if not, let me just share that i've recently stopped drinking coffee and switched to tea and i feel great and i'm losing weight and i'm convinced it's the tes. green tea promotes weight loss. if want a really bomb drink try green chai tea bags from Stash. put in some soy milk, honey and cinnamon. oh yes. i drink 4 huge mugs a day.
