(I just wrote this comment for another video.) Thinking about the backswing recently, I came up with a focus that seems to help me. Instead of thinking of /swinging/ the ball back, after the ball is moved forward, I think of drawing it straight back to its highest point. The weight of the ball still pulls it down into an arc, but the ball doesn't drop as low and pull on the body as much. From there the ball swings forward. I think of it as a half-pendulum swing. What do you think?
@marynloveselmo its not to different for me. im a two handed lefty. i learned just watchin a shit load of jason belmonte videos lol. and practice your ass off. and just watch how belmonte and palermaa bowl and try what ever works best for you. if you want actual details send me a message and ill explain more
i 2 hand just like u. ur form is really good and u have great balance, the only thing i say is learn to play straight up once and a while cause you will need it. i throw about 18-20 mph wen i throw and i dont swing it alot but the pin action still comes. ma weakness is dry lanes.
how about trying to have your left hand off the ball earlier, and strengthening your forearm, so that u can gain even more leverage? haha... you may want to give it a try!!
looks pretty cool, im a 2 finger bowler w/ a 200 average, key 2 my game is throwing right hand spin and left hand spin, with the lefty spin i can pic up spares and splits that would be difficult, this has inspired me to learn a new technique to have a few extra shots in my bag!
@Kinezakiman dude if you practice enough you can get really good at it. i have a two handed release and i used to scor a 223, then a 135 and a 152 so i can see what your saying. now i'm averaging 189. i've gotten really good at it and i've only been doing it for about a year. i just got better at it. sometimes i'll miss my mark but its weird you tend to learn how much to curve depending on your release. it all depends on how much you work at it bro
Lookin' really good Kyle! See you've been getting some practice in, that's awesome! Great video Annie. :) Keep it up, just work the basics, different angles on the lane and keep having fun! Look forward to seeing you move up the ranks!
see thats the thing i love about this style....no matter how far we get it out there its going to constantly pound the pocket.

good shots. one thing i would say is dont be afraid to bend your right arm on the back swing. it will really help your ball speed.

U Never pass from the same line never have same approach mark, every shot is totally different
so its impossible to have repeatance. I'd like to see a full video not only the strikes...
Anyone could keep only the strikes...
