There is already complete equality in marriage. I am a single straight man, and I can marry almost any consenting single woman. So can a gay man. When two people can do EXACTLY the same thing, that is called equality. If the gay man does not want to do so, that is interesting and worthy of discussion, but equality has already been established.

The life expectancy has increased drastically for humans worldwide, giving us even more time to reproduce. Thus giving a greater threat for future overpopulation, if you don't believe we're practically there already. And going to gay animals, I already said all male dolphins are bisexual, including male walruses. Bats make up the largest homosexual including species

Well, you know why THAT is, don't you? Because of those artificial life suport machines that keep the body TECHINCALY "alive" and are used in most modern hospitals, .. . but the people on those things are just vegetables that really naturaly should be dead. I know about this because I've worked in hospitals as a nurses asistant, and have thus seen it up close. And it isn't "drasticaly" ( ten years or so )

Just saying, not that i'm against equal rights, but marriage between two people of the opposite sex is just the way its naturally supposed to be. If men and women stopped marrying and we raised our kids in an environment where that lifestyle was supported more heavily we could see a decrease in population due to the fact that it takes a man and woman to reproduce.
@tabbymarie93 you may say its natural but look at the opposite sex now, they get married, divorce,...and the population?...already their is women and teens who get pg and have abortions and men just walk away like nothing happen, and also theirs many children that already abandoned by mothers and fathers, does it really matter now?
@tabbymarie93 Well if you look at, the world is rapidly producing more human lives. It's a beautiful thing, yes, but you must keep in mind that we're already beginning to overpopulate. Homosexuality is in many species of wildlife too, ranging from gay plants to all male bottle nose dolphins being bisexual. In a sense, it's nature's way of keeping population for all species under control. Also, countries allowing gay marriage, like Spain, haven't even seen a decrease in population.

I don't see any species of animals holding wedding receptions... But there is documentation of gay/bisexual animals. So which is more unnatural? Same-sex intercourse or heterosexual marriage?
@turtlegirl737 You deserve so many thumbs up! I hate it when people stick to the "natural vs. unnatural" arguement as their main ammunition. Homosexual behaviors have been well documented in dozens of other animal species! It's not a man-made phenomenon (unlike a marriage ceremony).

In 1996 there were only 26% on behave of gay marriage. Which means that since 1996 straight people started having a lot of gay babies!!!
