  • People, people, people, PLEASE STOP with the "I'm an AMERICAN" thing. If you were born in CANADA, UNITED STATES, MEXICO, or lands south of there YOU ARE AN AMERICAN. Stating it like it's something special does not make it so. Stating you are Canadian, Mexican, or a United States'er is much more accurate and more impressive.

    Go Colorado!!

  • I need the American version of the Code: 96. Please help me somebody!! Thanx.

  • This is interesting information! Will this information work for me as an American citizen? I'm an american. I am not a Canadian. Someone help me please!

  • @Billlovejr No, it won't work. Menard is a con man and you'll end up in a world of trouble if you follow his 'advice'. I sincerely hope you're smarter than that, but it's your choice of course. Best of luck.

  • Can you proceed with this WITHOUT redeeming your strawman??

  • Friend of mine tried this with birth certificate and it worked. Wondering if this works with citizenship numbers too. Anyone know?

  • Stop talking and get to it already!

  • LOL.....Remittance:1. a payment of money sent to a person in another place;

  • does this work in the u.s?

  • Rob your picking up plenty of awake people dont even think about the nay sayers they are paid scum or they do not deserve freedom as its of no use to them!! Cheers Rob, I'm 50 and still puffin and I've only become awake in the last 2 years. Thanks for the info and know you have an army of soldiers behind you buddy! Real soldiers too not them 18 year old doeheads that go to Iraq and kill women and children. Peace bro!

  • Rob, I am a newb ... but have you had success with this 96 method?

  • i wonder what is this guy credit score ....??? 900

  • uk is 73

  • @starfiremale

How did you find out the UK equivalent? I am trying to find the South African equivalent to code 96. Any ideas. Been checking the SA payment system but boy is it a large doc.

    Thanks

    S

  • does this work in us?

  • does this work in the united states?

  • Quick question. I'm from Alberta, the number I use on my 'Certificate of Birth' are the large red text on the back right?

  • do you have any links for citizens of the u.s.??? for the same kind of info!

  • hahaha you are the best in the whole world....@9:30 you just stop writing a couple letters in and say "i'll have to look up remittance" peace

  • i was hoping you meant free jam literally...Damn kidding great post thanks for your time & info, Ryan: of the Kinzel family

  • hey rob. does this work for cell phone bill and others that don`t require to send bill with payment?

  • will this work in the U.S.exactly the same way ?

  • is that only on canadian bills ? I'm in US.

  • Learning has never been so much fun......laughed my arse off, thanks man.peace.

  • Does anyone know if these laws are the same in New Zealand? Im looking it to it with very little understanding..

  • did this guy get locked up or something? he stopped making videos..

  • what about America?? Please respond mrmitee.. Thanks.

  • well here it is... I tried using code 96 and nobody at rogers has any idea what I am talking about.. It didn't work I just spent 40 min on the phone with rogers and I just keep getting transferred.. No body that I talked to could verify the there is a code 96 on my bill... If this works now what am I supposed to do to claim code 96..?

  • Our only shot at survival is start dismantleing the fraud with a proper court de jure, and publically exposing these criminals.

  • So your saying all I have to do is circle the 96, sign my name, put my # and send it back to them and I wont have to pay my bill? It seems to easy, is there more to it? Or am I reading to much into it? Also I looked for rule H-6 sec 2.2 but its not there. :)

  • @MsBrooks82 i found it but you have to look for it really hard because if you go too quick then you will miss it

  • Why doesn't my credit card bill have 96 on it..? is it because it is not a resource..?

  • Well I hope this does not have any negative repercussions.. I have just sent my bill back to rogers, accepting code 96.. I will update everyone with a video showing the result on paper what ever it may be...

  • Bummer I live in The U.S. any information you have I can use here??

  • I agree, if the bail outs can be tossed around to the "fat cats", then we can get our slice too, we just have to do the foot work.

    Peace

  • I'm trying to do this for my whole family here in the United States. Still, there's no organization that I really know of out here in Texas to possibly join forces with. There's the guys in the UK, at TPUC . com and then Rob Menard for Canada, but where's the representation or support group for the U.S? Is there one? Anyone know? I'm having to do this all by myself, which is okay... I'll get 'er done 1 way or another. It's still good to have support sometimes, though.

  • @xSavant So true! It lonely doing this yourself. because even if you are doing your homework sometimes you need other people to help. 2 brains are better than 1.

    -

In fact, if you know of any body or organizations please inform me also.

  • @SouthernContrarian

No problem! There's this one guy, Schaeffer Cox, out of Alaska. I just watched his 11 part video series here on YouTube. Search for 'The Solution' and video data is watch?v=G9zldMZujyw

  • I called the issuers of several remittances with a "96" on them. No one will deny it. Especially on paper.

Yesterday, I went down the bank and cashed a cheque with out ID or an account.

People are running things, people make mistakes and do not have all information at all times.

Contact the agency before hand and tell them what you want to do and get them to correct you under their liability.

  • I'm with you on the fact that 96 on teh document means that it is a remittance and an Item of Credit. But what you fail to understand is that when dealing in "Liabilities", Credit is the title for negative integers. I would suggest looking into teh defintions of Debit and Credit when talking about accounting.

  • Doesn't work, I tried on 80+ all tolled

    no worky for any

  • You all need to look up 96 is your fix V 2.0 that Rob has put out. Makes more sense and has more potential.

I have yet to find any one person that this has worked for including myself though.

The theory is sound and the money is available it's just "how to do it". I have not tried the new method in V 2.0 so should be interesting.

  • @Rob

    9:44, not according to black's:

remittance: Money sent by one person to another, either in specie, BILL OF EXCHANGE, check, or otherwise.(Black's law dictionary 5th ed.)

  • bill of exchange: A three party instrument in which first party draws an order for the payment of a sum certain on a second party for payment to a third party at a definite future time. (Black's law dictionary 5th ed.)

  • Comment removed

  • I've found that the drawer(first party) will guarantee the amount to the payee(third party) in case it is dishonored or protested, but will surely take measures against the drawee(second party)

I'll need to dig into this further to clear away my confusion

  • do they have to accept the payment?? can they deny u service ????

  • on the new BC there is no red # now and it is in plastic I just got my new one and it is not what I thought it was as the one I had previous matched everything now it is differant and they no longer issue wallet size but the registration # is the same

    The Twilight Zone

  • I would like to ask if claiming your strawman and becoming a free man on the land is the same thing?

  • I have an Invoice for Insurance Renewal from "Company X".

There is no number 96 however there is a note which says "Remitance Stub" on the lower right hand side of the invoice. There is a perforated line above the word Remittance Stub. The amount is shown above the perforated stub portion. Can I write "Accepted" near the word remittance stub and discharge this invoice with my BC #?

  • hows it goin rob ,your doing some really good work here , i was wondering does the 69 fix work in uk ?

  • Yo. I was wondering if there was any place I could find the number on my birth cert other than on itself. I couldn't find my original, so I ordered a new one a week or so ago but was curious if it would be online somewhere.

Love all the work you're doing. Sometime next year I should be in the position to be a freeman on the land myself :)

  • Take a good look at Rob. Long hair, smokes weed and here to free his people.....I think he is Jesus.

    LOL

  • I easily turn beer to pee. :D

  • Awsome video rob, as always, keep up the great work, i will share this, even though im not from canada, im sure there might be an equivalent here too.

  • I saw a few videos on fix 96 and was very interested. However how do I find that number if it does not appear on my birth certificate. There is a number on the back with a letter (A) in front and then seven numbers. It does not say 'revenue receipt' or for 'treasury use only'. On the front there is a 10 digit certificate number and a 10 digit registration number. I live in Ontario. Are one of those the numbers or should I call the Canadian embassy to find out what my revenue receipt number is?

  • and for the new canadians? where is the number?

  • Just to let you know, I called my province and was transfered to the proper place. I asked what the number with the letter on the back was for. He put me on hold then told me that it was the tracking number for the certificate. However, I know that the registration and certificate or file number are used for tracking. So it seemed suspicious. I'm guessing that it is the number and I'm going to try using it. In British Columbia, some do state revenue receipt, but each province issues their...

  • ...issues their birth certificate differently. Each one issued has the number, but you might have to do some research to find out which one. If their is a number on their with a letter, than it is probably it. If you ask your province what the number is for, and they give a strange answer such as tracking, then it is probably the number. Hope this helps.

  • Sorry that I had to fit all of that info into two comments. If you have anymore questions I can try to help you out.

  • A is the bank routing number and the rest is the account.

  • Oh that makes sense. So then do I use the A as well, or do i just put in the number?

  • Has this been clarified?

  • You all have National Grid up there? Here in upstate NY they're nazis. Shut off our power with a 4 day old baby in the house in cold November.. bastards.

    Anyway..thanks for the info.

  • @OURPLAYLISTSSSS same thing happened to me twice, the first time when my son was 1 month old the second when my son was 3 1/2 months old i know how you feel

  • does it have to be the original old one of the birth certificate. cause i have a new one cause my wallet got stolen

  • I think that your new birth certificate would have the same numbers, because it is only to certify that the real bond exists and that you are the owner. But even if they changed the number, it would still work.

  • @keithlmh When I was first presented with this information I called the office that prints the certificates and was told by one of the ladies that prints your name on to them that the red numbers on the back are already there before your name is printed on it. That it's more of a batch/cereal number number. Only so many birth certificate documents are made to be printed on to. To insure that they don't get stolen, because they are very useful n fraud, they are codified to prevent fraud.

  • Awsome , my friend just informed me of this video and i promised i would look at it and i am friggin glad that she showed me!

    Thanks Christ!

    Your the boss Mrmitee!

    96 FTW

  • Starts off reasonable... but then he goes way over the edge. There are so many faulty assumptions and leaps of logic that it's amazing that so many people give it any credibility. Reminds me of a lot of half-baked conspiracy theories.

  • Such as what exactly? Not looking for argument, just open to being educated and I do not claim to know it all, nor do I claim that I am always right, but I do have a fair track record.Peace eh?

    Rob

  • @mrmitee Hey Rob... I am looking to attend some freeman meetings.. I live in the niagara area and know that there is a movement growing in London Ont. and i can't get in contact with any one.. could you point me in the right direction..?? Thanks Lance.. thelance85atgmail

  • @navazguitar you stay there stupid thinking your right!! No offence but he's right and they know him well in the courts! He always wins ! EVERY TIME! I wouldn't call that a conspiracy or your just a dick getting paid to try and stop people from knowing the truth! Which one is it, are you too stupid to understand it or are you a government dick? I hope its not the latter because you know you're fighting a losing battle.

  • Go to the CPA website, then rules, and find rule _h6.pdf

Then go to the definition of "remittance" it says:

"Remittance" means the portion of an Invoice that conforms to Part II of this Rule, or the

electronic data, that is submitted to the Payor's FI by the Payor along with payment, and which

itself becomes a credit item representing value when subsequently Exchanged by the Payor's FI

    (FI = Financial Institution)

  • Reports have come in of success with mortgages.

  • Well here it is, I said I would give you information when I got it. Telus stated that the payment method is good, however since I have been sent to collections NCO financial, they could not accept my payment method. Revenue BC has lost my invoice, and the government is currently trying to get CPA to change the rule H-6 sec. 2.2 don't take my word for it though go check it out yourself. To do this they will use illusion! They will say some garbage about the environment and go to e-billing

  • Than use it with the NCO and ask them for an invoice as defined by Canadian Payments Association.

  • Hey mrmitee once again thanks for the gift....I am finding bills of exchange act sec 80-81 very very usefull...if the creditor rejects your payment it is considered a dishounor and thus no payment is nescessary...see them cringe when you tell them that satute haha. We have been having alot of fun over here...i'll keep you posted as I will know the results soon. Collections should have little to do with it as you can still pay off your account via original creditor and not just with collections.

  • Well Hello everyone, and Rob thanks for the gift!

Just so everyone knows, I have tried this process.

So far I have not received any kind of response. I sent one to medical and one to telus communications. I will keep you all informed as to the details of what happens

    God Bless

  • so what happened?

  • WOW!

  • sd efrasdf

  • Rob: my CDN birth certificate does not have a number on the back, but does have a six digit number on the front. Can this number be used as a revenue receipt? And my credit card statements, line of credit statements, hydro and gas bills all have "96" so it is worth a try! Going to try to check you out in Calgary...

  • Credit cards ,morgages and other debt obligations you have to use tax forms. There is more to a tax return then just a T1 and T4 slips!

  • has any one actualy doe this yet??

  • yeap

  • so this only for utillity bills, taxes, water and so on? but not for credit cards morgages and the sort?

  • What is the US equivilant of Canadian code 96?

  • @wwood14 please share your answer with me..

  • Thanks Rob... and keep them coming.

    Piss and Ants ;)

  • I took a closer look at CPA Issues Paper: Review of Bill Payments in Canada. These rules may show you that the 'on-us' field means that the payment clearing is what is 'on-us' as credit card company, and OUTSIDE the CPA rule h6, and that the task of handling the payment clearing itself, (not the amount of the remittance), is what is 'on-us'. Still does not make the principle what you say incorrect.

    i

  • I have only a 'stock receipt number' in red on the back of my certificate (this is preceded by the letter 'b' but can also be a 'c'), and is 7 digits long. Service BC told me it is a number used by the government to control stock (I am government stock) and inventory and would not elaborate further. There is no revenue receipt number on my certificate. Mine was issued in 1984.

  • I got the exact same answer from them myself. A "stock number" used for some mundane purpose by them with no further discussion allowed. I use to have an older BC with the words "revenue receipt " on the back with the number. When I lost it years ago and got a re-issue it omitted the words "revenue receipt" but kept the number. Now I hear that they are omitting this number altogether. It's a total deception !! Hide the number from the next generation. Out of sight out of mind.

  • The banks require the remittance information to make sure that when you pay a bill at the bank, your payment is sent to the bank account of the right biller. Businesses send these out to collect money from their clients as per their client agreements.

There is no relationship whatsoever between a birth certificate number and paying a bill through a financial institution.

    Regards,

    Brenda Wagle

    Communications Coordinator

    (CPA)

  • Brenda Wagle of the CPA denies this claim-

  • Brenda Wagle is a fucking bullshit artist.

  • Seems so, and I acquired the letter which was sent to her and the individual actually referred to it as a certificate number which is on the front rather than the back, im sure any old number will work as proof of Canadian Origins though... and remittance is a remittance, even with no number, "Accepted as valuable" could likely be sufficient. In any case I'm waiting to hear back from the utilities companies...

  • can i use a sin # Rob??

  • my birth certificate has 2 numbers on it, one identified as a document no the other is call inscription no ... and no where on it does it say for treasury use. Damn Quebec for making things different!! what number am i suppose to use out of these 2

  • its the number in red because it is on the part that you can detach and they want you to detach it and put it to waste. You can see that if you put it to waste, the number will not appear in the part you keep. mmm.... but the other number starting wiht a D will appear in the part that you keep. when i call them, they said that the number in red has nothing to do with me that is a number that they use for their internal only. mmm..... somethings wrong

  • there is no number in red on the quebec one

  • i call cra and treasury board they don't want to give me my revenu receipt number they say it does not exist and they hang up on me

  • i think it might be the file number not the one stating with the D letter but the one below your mother name

  • without prejudice i think we can simply use our sin. Do your duty and make your own opinion

  • There is talk that the quebec one is there but you can only see it with a black light. Try it....just might get what you are looking for.

  • So has anyone done this?? What were the results?

  • Amazing view, eye opening material indeed. Im pretty sure I met Rob in Montreal a couple of years ago at Foufonnes after a gig

  • I remember Foufonnes! Cool patio they have there, and I did go there after my last gig in Montreal, so hi! Will be back in the spring. Peace eh?

    Rob

  • Very well done my friend...I am spreading the word right now..

  • Hey, What happened to my friend LawSocietyAdmin ?? He closed his account. Too bad, I was gonna invite him over for beer and doobies.

  • Dont listen to anything the law society tells you. They are the biggest bunch of cowards when they are pushed into a corner. All you will see is the backside running when they know they are going to lose. I have first hand knowledge about "Bay street lawyers". Thecoupon that Rob is talking about is an interest bearing coupon .This is not rocket science This has been in place since June 1971, but most due not know their rights. You chose the paper you wish to pay with. Secret its all paper!

  • Has anyone here actually done this?

I heard that someone did do it and they are getting charged....

I would like to know the USA equivelency of (96)

  • Very nice work on these vids. Thanks.

On the Ontario birth certificate, the red letter/number combo is indeed on the back, but I was unable to locate anything about Treasury use. Thoughts?

  • Can I pay my bills with your Treasury Receipt Number...(grin).

  • Further explanation: The qualifying clause in the application of the act highlights the act's intent: that the act does not apply when one is both a lawyer and a Judicial Justice of the Peace, IN THE PERSON'S CAPACITY AS A PART TIME JUDICIAL JUSTICE UNDER THAT ACT [emphasis added]. This qualification means that only a person so employed is exempt, and that such a person is not so excluded immediately upon ceasing their job function, and that all other persons are included in the act. Regards.

  • If that is the case, then there would be judicial justices who are under the Act and some that are not. This inequality is unacceptable. Can you explain why one drawn from the Law Society should have that exemption but one not so drawn would not and what the purpose of that would be?

  • Probably because so many people just get their diplomas and hat not and think that just the simple act of info regurgitation is due diligence at understanding something. But, nobody ever asks 'who are my teachers, and what are their motives?

On my page are vids of the Garda Síochána (irish for guardians of the peace, name of our cops) arrested 2 of my friends, assaulted me and a few other for sitting on the grass siting public order act 94 to justify it, but they were clueless as to the law.

  • The practice of law cannot be licensed for it is the common right of every man to act in his own self-defense. To remove that right would make it amount to a witch hunt and even your own safety would be at risk from gross miscarriages of freedom and justice.

  • While compelling, the two key flaws in the arguments are: a) The Auxiliary On-Us field is an optional field on a business size cheque`s MICR line (the line of numbers at the bottom of all cheques), i.e it is a simple routing character to validate cheque authorization and in no way means "on us"& b) the qualifying clause in the application portion of the Law Society Act is this: in the person's capacity as a part time judicial justice under that Act. More in the subsequent posting. Regards.

  • How do you figure that's a flaw? Aren't you saying the On-Us field is used on CHEQUES? As in an ITEM OF CREDIT. You contradict yourself Mr. LawSocietyAdmin

  • I wonder why people have sucha ahrd tie believing this and assuming it's wrong without trying for themselves. MIND BOGGLING

  • Rob you Rock! Keep On Rolling Man! Don't under-estimate Rob Menard. He is the real deal! one of us, only fault here is that he explained it so simply, (oh no!... )

This won't make sense to "newbs" (haven't done their homework...) - think of it as a clue!... btw you can ignore his hijinks (just bein' "Rob" - lol) and get out there and learn more on this... you won't be dissapointed... (unless your anti-education... ;-) I salute you brother!

    sigma6

  • Thanks Robb. Hey Robb, do you know if there is any evidence at all that there is supposed to be any total amount of currency greater than zero? My guess is that since there is no longer lawful money, that the total amount of debt and the total amount of credit in the world, has to equal zero. Otherwise de facto governments would be in fraud with respect to the common law. I am thinking that this is the whole purpose behind why banks have to balance their books at the end of each day.

  • Sounds great, but does it work ? What are the consequences if it doesn't work ? Provide more detail regarding the process and documentation of it succeeding.

  • It is absolutely air-tight. A system is already in place.

Those are good questions Grasshopper. He who questions well, learns well. If someone is expected to have the duty to provide information to you, rather than you having the duty to yourself, you probably won't get this.

A wise man once said : "A child makes use of the information given him. An adult gets his own information."

  • hahah i loved it!

  • Ok, I looked up the CPA rules, I read it as the interaction between 2 banks, hence the inter-institution. I could be wrong. Also, I believe the word "credit" is being misapplied in this case. Everything always jumps to the conclusion that a CREDIT is a good thing, however that is not always the case in the accounting sense of the word. This would be great if it were true, however I do not believe that to be the case. Feel free to post an example of this working to prove me wrong.

  • Then why would they send it outside to a third party if it was to be used only between them? The third party is within the system to which they refer. What they mean is that it is not to be transferred like commercial cheques often are.

  • sweet berry action!

peace and conscience love to us all~~~

  • Thanks for sharing, Rob. ok, i am good on some things. For the Hi Tech board : Remittance - [ re mit ense ] Money sent by one person to another, regardless of how it is transmitted (EXAMPLES: by mail; by telegraph) and regardless of its form (EXAMPLES: cash; check). See remit. footnote page 469 from Ballentine's Law Dictionary Legal Assistant Edition copyright 1994 isbn 0-8273-4874-6
  • LOL@ "spell check for the board"

    Another great vid, Rob!!

  • I tried with this with my kids' birth certificates and found nothing like this. I'm in the U.S....

  • yes. Good stuff. And the American equivalent please...Thanks.

  • yea! pow!
