  • I like to imagine him as a bum that walked in when the band was late, and was all like, "I got this." then just started shredding like a god.

  • Love ya Tony Thanks for all you have done!!!!

  • Macalpine & Terrana = Perfect sound

  • Yea Tony!

  • not sure what else to say - that is some really beautiful and unbelievably technical playing... WOW!!!

  • increible,maravilloso

  • Tony is so great. He writes beautiful songs as well as is an amazing player. thanks,

  • the drummer is sick too

  • All I can do is laugh. Jesus Christ!

  • Who is the drummer?

  • @pollaris18 His name is Mike Terrana (Rage, Gamma Ray, Axel Rudi Pell, Masterplan)

  • @laxfromstreets wow!, thank you!!! \m/

  • tony is the only one who can play in a concert wearing his pyjama

  • Just amazing.what a brilliant guitar player and composer.

  • What other bands were the bassist and drummer in? They are sick!

  • Oh my fucking God, that key change at 2 09 was the shit. This man inspires me to practice 8 hours a day.

  • This is A real big mac attack!

  • Iwent to see Steve Vai just for the opportunity to see Tony play ive been a fan for a long time way back to project driver and Tonys maximum security where this track comes from is a guitar players guitar players cd it contains other artists like George Lynch from Dokken and Jeff Watson from night ranger if you like this little snippet of tony buy that cd!

  • @kingdiamond69 I thought I was the only one who did the exactly the same thing. Not to diminish Vai or something, thats out of question. But dude, I needed to see Ol'Mac. I guess I was one of the 2 or 3 guys in the crowd who knew Tony. Funny fact: I look like him.

  • hermoso

  • This reminds me so much of vinnie moore

  • @Ihatemyusernamemore he plays together with Vinnie in Mind's Eye(1986) and the Maze (1999) albums, Tmac plays the Keyboards too, is a very talented musician

  • try play the drum cover!! thats crazy

  • Tony is a classically trained pianist. I read in one of his interviews where he applies the techniqe he learn from playing piano to the guitar. He keeps his fingers as close to the fretboard as possible to eliminate what he considers wasted movement.

  • The most underated shredder there is.

  • he is sooooooooooo underated

  • great song, awesome!

  • I wonder if anyone could make an 8 bit version of this song.

    probably take a lifetime.

  • Is Mike Terrana this wild beast on drums?

  • @TMUSICIAN I think its Deen Castronovo:)

  • @RobMay666 This is Mike Terrana, Deen was on the album!

  • Does anyone know the bass players name? I cant remember

  • holy @#$%, I used to worship Tony back in the day...he is such an inspiration!!! and he is equally proficient on keyboards as well!!!!

  • wow

  • I... must... stop... headbanging!...

  • hes good.

  • tony really pulls off the homeless look well

  • @SirJamestheIII he just need a beard

  • @SirJamestheIII He's a bit like the guitar version of that homeless voice over guy

  • no offense but i dont like his tone haha

but his playing is sick as fuck!

  • @Guitarist2095 It sounds a tad compressed in this one. But the studio version sounds a lot better tone wise.

  • great guitarist

  • YESS! Thanks...I love this jam.

  • Epic Rock !

  • tonys guitar playing isnt the only thing that rocks, check out his amazing fasion sense which is so great it cant be sold in stores.

  • @maxomilian LOL!

  • TM is still the best at this type of thing. Fantastic. And he's cooler. Great drumming too.

  • Dude this song has some of the most epic guitar riffs of all time. This guy doesn't get the attention he deserves.

  • This guy is truly one of the great, talented unknowns.

He does naturally what Steve Vai has always wanted to do (and never really achieved) which is to carve new musical ground, to play without boundary.

    He is truly talented. Incredible.

  • how in hell anyone can say that steve vai doesnt "carve musical ground" or "play without boundary" is beyond me. do you even know who steve vai is?

  • @OnedetachedonE Haha and I thought I was a fanboy. How can you even say that Vai didnt carve new musical ground, without boundary, I mean god the guy played with Zappa. Tony Mac is incredible but he hasn't had the impact Vai has...look at all those spoiled kids with their Jems.

On a different note I love this song, one of Tony's best. I love watching this guy play, going from guitar to keyboards and back.

  • this man definately does not get as much attention as he deserves

  • @francescometalhead1 well in his 'peak years' he did, its just some people are still famous e.g. steve vai and joe satriani, but if you think about it they keep there style but also keep in the years. Or in other words there still cool and there music they keep bringing is in the right age. AMEN!

  • @francescometalhead1 I think that's because he's wearint jeans and a shirt and doesn't get drunk and give silly interviews like others

  • @francescometalhead1 Why do you think? Racial prejudice is still very strong in this world, unfortunately, the human being who is said still behind in their DNA that heritage damn!

  • come on man that was the fucking tits!

  • Tony!!! \o/

  • tony little on drums!!!!
