People love to continue the error that the 'Trumpet Voluntarie March' associated to Purcell is that famous one. This is improvisation of Purcell, great music, Volutaries is a gender of music, a kind of imporvisation of the XVII century, it was used in the church services.

Where does this trumpet tune come from ? Henry Purcell wrote quite a lot of them.
