  • @Willhemmens I agree with you what seems legit at all? It's just you adding coolant to a liquid cooling system...

  • From my experience, the best cooling system is just a big ass case...

  • It's a modded computer people usually hope for top comment like me and the joke is anything modded or hacked I say seems legit :/

  • @Zod011 A modded/hacked computer? You really make no sense.

  • @UberKrassMann I agree. Also about watercooling being only for watercooling, I completely disagree. Although I've done lots overclocking and own world records, I have also built water systems for quietness and are very effective.

  • i am befuddeled by the overall lack of knowledge about water cooling in comments of a vid showing a water cooling system 0o

  • hi i read ur guide here: overclock site excellent, but want to mod for cpu AND gpu, can i add another pump and res??

  • This video belongs to my COOL YOUTUBE Videos!

  • WOW! nice pc but your cam is 240p pft!

  • i cringe when people put dye in their systems. thats what colored cables are for

  • how the devil do you guys do this?

  • @MrChestypuller1775

Do what exactly? Mod a H50 or add the Dye?

  • @Willhemmens all those lights and stuff, that looks awesome

  • @Willhemmens Buy an H50 to begin with, lulz.

  • ahhhhhhhhhhh~

  • LOL.. FEEL THE LOVE!!

  • @samedaypc2011

    Feel the love?

  • @Willhemmens yow how did you mod the h50?

  • @jutenheim223

    Check this:

    overclock(dot)net/t/647943/guide-h50-replace-tubes-and-res-mod/0_100

    Replace (dot) with .

  • @Willhemmens thanks mate. so is that guide applicable to h70 or h80 as well? or just a special case for h50?

  • @jutenheim223 Although I'm not 100% sure, I am about 95% sure it would be exactly the same. The only differences might be the size of hose you need to buy. If you have one and want some help, just say. :)

  • @Willhemmens nice. well since i saw that this modded version keeps the cpu cooler than the stock one, im planning to buy the h50 so i can mod it.

  • @luluphaggottroll

    Why would I be mad?

  • @Willhemmens Hes just a newfag ignore him

  • dude putting dye in food is ok but putting it in a coolant system (unless completely fuddling the dye out eventually it can build up on sertan components and make LOTS of damage believe me i know i did it before to my 8,000 gaming computer.

  • @matt12188

Clearly, if you're stupid enough to put dye in a $8000 computer, you shouldn't be allowed near them, let alone build them. This was a £5 H50. For all I cared it could have destroyed the pump, which is still working perfectly fine to this day.

  • @matt12188 8000 dollar "gaming" computer to play minecraft at low fps?

    You've been ripped off!!!

  • @matt12188 You would also think that someone building an 8000 dollar pc would know how to spell "certain" too lol

  • @matt12188 you fucking idiot, why?

  • @matt12188 I know it's the internet and everything but come on, an 8000$ computer? Who are you trying to impress?

  • @cutiekazoe10 There are many applications that take FULL advantage of better hardware... If he is able to buy a 8k$ system and use it to its full advantage, more power to him

  • @matt12188 You sir are a liar.

  • @matt12188 Why the hell would you even consider adding water cooling to a 8k dollar system? a drip and its all a Waste...

Water cooling was made for Overclocking and overclocking was there to get a cheap rig and make it work as a mid/high rig. that was the entire point of it. Wasting 8k for a rig and have water cooling is just overdoing it. and completely missing the entire point of doing it right.

  • @warriorcomic some people do it to make their system silent.. but as long as you aren't an idiot and take things slow you should be fine..

  • @matt12188 Dude there's a special kind of dye for water cooling systems. Who in their right mind would put food dye on a water loop? lol.

  • Cool

  • the effect would been cleaner if you didnt use blue lights UV black lights do a far better job of get that green glow effect

  • @nanashi1o3 Obviously, UV lights are going to make the UV fluid light up more, I didn't just want my tubes illuminated though, I wanted the whole system light up, which is why Blue was perfect.

  • @Willhemmens ah i see ok

  • what size tubing did you use

  • @volcom2442 8mm ID - 10mm OD. I have guide I can link you too if you like.

  • @Willhemmens yes please that would help a lot thanks

  • i added a uv blue dye on mine and literally nothing happened: /

  • @skatagmt Did you have uv lights haha

  • @HennesseyHPE1000 emm yes? duhh? check my videos smarty

  • @skatagmt haha sorry but there are some people on here that wouldent surprise me

  • this video made me go out and buy all this stuff!!! cant wait to get it in and post a vid thanks for the insperation!!

  • mesmerizing.

    I watched it twice.

  • That was great except a little silly as adding dye that way can damage components, so I wouldn't recommend copying this lol.

  • what dye did you use? manufacter? or do you got any link on it? seems wery green and nice, i've had a cuple of UV green now and all are more yellow than green :(

  • @Willhemmens

What kind of barbs did you use for the rad? Tubing Size? I'm looking to add a 120mm rad, and I have an H50 laying around, so I really don't want to buy another one, do you think I can include the h50 rad into my existing setup? (Just Rad no pump)

  • Some one missed the like button. :@

  • wow that is pretty fucking awesome man make more videos please

  • orgasmic !

  • Question. Will that dye drop out of solution anytime later?

  • @robertekew I found the dye very good, it didnt seem to drop out or split away from the water at all. I used it in my new loop for a few months are it was fine, it just took alittle while to get all the dye out of the loop again. I deceided I just wanted it clear for a while i flush the loop out three times and left it and then after a few days of the using the loop it did start to get a green tinge but I expect that was from the Rad and too be expected.

    Overall, gread dye.

  • @Willhemmens What brand/ dye product did you use?

  • @robertekew Feser View UV Green.

  • do you think the h50 pump could handle something like a 280 radiator im tempted to do it i just dont want my pump crapping out

  • @PAC0TAC0 You should spring for a high quality Swiftech pump, then you won't have to worry about it.

  • @mhaneline yeah i decided last night that i was gonna say f it to my h50 redid the hosing and ordered a new pump and block after trying to get the air bubbles out of the h50 and seeing how weak it was i was not impressed.

  • Did you use a Corsair H50? If so do you think I could just wrap UV Reactive Tape around the pipes or some sort of coil or wrap to around the pipes? I know I won't get the same effect. What size coil or wrap should I get? By wrap I meant like a sleeve kinda thing :).

    Thanks,

  • @daharvster, you could indeed. Get 1/4". They should do fine.

  • @Willhemmens How would I get the sleeve around it? Thanks for the size. Been looking for the size for AGES. Can't find it ANYWHERE.

  • @daharvster, What country are you from and I can take alook around. The coils just get wound around the tubes.

  • techodisko

  • I spy corsair H50 modded ^^

  • @RP42SYSTEMS, yes you do! :D

  • @RP42SYSTEMS The first lol

  • I wish i had 3000$ :( haha! Awesome.

  • @saikouxs100, same here. Luckily this only cost about £100 to do.

  • nice

  • Thanks dudes.

  • Very nice work their mate!

  • nice job!
