this game is imspired by 3 or4 of the massive online games like WoW, warhammer and a few others. i think it'll beat them all and be the best FF game out there. In my opinion. i love FF. I really hope everyone gives it a chance before saying anything bad about it. if its half as good as it looks. it'll be awsome

If you don't mind a good storyline with some fun action on a Playstation 1. yes... PSX. It's old, but start off with Final Fantasy VI or VII, and continue on to VIII, IX, and X. Go up from there, it'll give you a more open mind towards Final Fantasy games and will let you determine wether they are decent or not.

Most people would agree that VII is the best game, but I wouldn't say so, I personally think it's overrated. IX was one of my favourites. Good luck with starting on a great franchise.

Very pretty. Graphics wise, FFXI always bugged me because the clothes images were always such a low resolution even if their overall form was nice and sharp. Here it seems they're using good sharp images for the everything. Heard great things about game play with this one too, the whole changing specialities out on the field etc. Being able to really solo like you're supposed to be able to with this would be nice.

Oh! And seeing this video and the one before at E3. It really brought a tear to my eye. I really hoped Square Enix wouldn't leave it by Final Fantasy XI. That game was so amazing. I started playing it right after it's release in 2003 and still occasionally play it!

After playing it so long I was really hoping Square Enix would continue in the MMO branch and thankfully, they will!

The music sounds like a remix of the FF8 boss music which was pretty damn epic and one of my favorite tracks. I like the idea of guildleves now. The malboro actually looks like a very strong HNM in this game instead of a standard monster.

Sorry to say but there are currently no plans on bringing this to the 360. SE refuses to put it on the 360 due to Xbox live already having a monthly fee. That's not saying it'll never come to 360. It's just saying if it does, it'll be a while. I'm guessing a year or so at the least.
