If you have ever owned an R32 gtr then you would have noticed the vents next to the dash cluster.lol that dash has just benn cut and shut from different dashes.Hence the reason why he`s holding the steering so tightly,its still probably right hand drive lmfao.

This car is in chile i can tell by their accents im guessing Iquique .. im not sure? Bit of a feet considering country location ect this may car may look slow but i can tell you there arnt many power restrictions there! and im tipping that thing has got a bit of power behind it so judging it on purely one video ( most prob the first one) isnt to fair . They do, it's called a conversion. I think this GTR owner lives in the Philippines, were a LHD conversion is required for import cars. Not just there but it other countries as well.
