  • it is true, it is called HALOCLINE.

do your research then join ISLAM!

  • If those of you who think muslims are the worst religion to date, take a look at their achievements compared to christians, catholics, and jews. THEN come make an unbiased evaluation of this religion. Thats putting besides the fact that religion itself is worth nothing to our race. We dont need religion, it has killed, tortured, and corrupted the human race since the dawn of it's creation. Religion does not propel us into the future but in fact reverses the process of growth as a species.

  • @VoLCoMzYaDiGG Well. Fucking. Said. I salute you, sir.

  • All religions are equally nonsensical. Though islam is the most violent and poses the greatest problem in the 21st century. Especially in Europe..

  • Halosynclines exist in the sea. That's what the girl Dawkins mentions was referring to, but she clearly didn't understand the natural cause, and you can see that if you look at the original interview. She only knew that the Koran said so, and it was right, because the Koran is right. Her language was so vague that Dawkins didn't pick up what she actually meant. Perhaps he should have done. But this child was not taught science, she was taught that the Koran is right - and that's the point.

  • @helasmoh salaam brother, i think its probably that one i mention ed in my post. people need to go to your /watch?v=q2IEvykdCpQ and get clued up. dawkins is probably a closet satanist that believes in god, he's awkwardly too pro western in his views especially when he went to meet yusuif khattab. maybe one of satans NWO agents! for someone as smart as he is, surely he should know israel is in the wrong since it began to the present day

  • @boxermaf i do not doubt your views in some sence are maybe have points or places of intrest like all. but your certainty sickens me. this is why i side with these "punk ass homo scientists" they accept change its by sicence law you have to expect your idea to can change or even be debunked givin futher understanding. religion claims absolutle. nothing is absolutle. not even if it was written in a book and said in itself it was truth. its still only human with human words. human meanings. flaws

  • haha this idiot and his crowd of agreeing bafoons have already been refuted by the young girl! she said they dont mix IN THE SEA as it says in the holy quraan. ever heard of a halocline you punk ass homo scientist? there's actually a youtube vid of this clip, the bit where he meets the girl and then some discovery channel type programme describing a halocline as THE DENSER SALT WATER DOESNT MIX WITH THE FRESH WATER! mentioned 1400+ years ago along with many things google maurice buccaille! PEACE

  • @boxermaf the queeran is a plagarised version of Greek science, philosophy and primitive superstition, you've been sucked in, you're gullible. wakey wakey time. ah I feel better now, fanxbye

  • @simmy3000 oh to be more specific, Greek and Indian philosophy and science, I got that from legitimate history books not books about men who have hallucinations, takes control over thousands of illiterate people, keep slaves and fuck little girls. I'm drawing that man now with a big marker pen, his name be moohammed, he has very small genitalia

  • Dawkins' oceanology & chemisty is weaker compared to Evolution (1 v don't realy need)

The student he met was talking about the quranic chap 25:53 which says

there is a barrier placed between the two bodies of water 1 salt & the other sweet.

The Girl was talking about barriers like the one in Mediterranean intermediate waters, where waters don't mix due to their physical & chem properties, not 2 cups of water.

The country Bahrain was named after this concept. "Dawkins a man of science" lol

  • This was'nt what the girls ment. But the klapping ignorant people just love every thing comming out of Dawkins mouth.

  • Watch my video: Richard Dawkins Public Lie about Quran, Fresh and Salt Water Exposed: /watch?v=q2IEvykdCpQ

  • just wondering why did France make that banning? what the reason for it? I'm an atheist btw but just wondering.

  • @deanmullen10..they want to let the muslims know that france is not for you. But they say it's because they care about women being degraded, BS. If they cared about women being degraded they would have banned prostitution, nude beaches, and pornography where women are used as toys.

  • It is not allah's handwork. Explanations can be reduced to chemistry and physics.

    Like wiseonekms said.

  • @Jyrki1964

    Search google:

"The Quran on Seas and Rivers"

  • Pycnocline zone: boundary separating two liquid layers of different densities. Formation of pycnocline may result from changes in salinity or temperature. Because the pycnocline zone is extremely stable, it acts as a barrier for surface processes. Thus changes in salinity or temperature are very small below pycnocline, but are seasonal in surface waters.

  • The Quran states that when two seas meet, they have a barrier that do not meet. He completely misquoted the Quran...no surprise honestly. The word in Arabic is "barzakh" meaning rough 'barrier/intersection,' and that they do not mix. "laa yabghiyaan." Then, the Quran also explicitly states a separate circumstance where salt water and fresh water do not meet in oceans. This is referred to as a "pycnocline zone": Where the densities of the two bodies of water are different, thus, do not mix.

  • I think Dawkins is misinformed, the Quran does not say salt water and fresh water don't mix, it says that there is a difference between them found in rivers and oceans. The Quran was showing the difference between them for those who reflect upon life.

  • Prof dawking is twisting the words. the girls he met told him about the two seas ( the salt and sweat one that don't emerge. it was in the Quran. if you watch the videa when he visited the school, you will he is clearly lying.......plz watch that video

  • We should all face west, bow forwards and then fart.

  • he missed it here

    soap/water and muslims dont mix

  • Brackish water.

  • Oh my God, the girl students were saying talking to him about the transition zone that are in the seas and that prevent fresh water and salty water from mixing, THEY HAVE MENTIONNED IN THE SEE. That's what was mentionned in the Qur'an, yet he had no freaking idea about it, and came here to expose himself in public.

    Ignorance is a bliss.

  • @babkrani Salty and Fresh water do mix you cretin -.- A river flows into the see via a delta (usually) and it is there that the waters mix. When the water evaporates, it leaves the salt and minerals behind to become a cloud. That cloud then condenses and falls as rain, draining away into a river which -Hey!- runs into the sea. It's the water cycle, learn it. If they did not mix, the water cycle wouldn't work.

  • @Darthmas2242 Thanks for the informations, now i wonder if you actually read my comment !! I mentionned the transition zone ( pycnocline zone ) this zone has different characteristics which distinguishes fresh water from salty water in eastuaries. Im not debating with you, and im not going into details. They do not transgress, and i'm done !!

Damn it, you can't be that stupid to actually believe that the Quran says that salty water and fresh water don't mix ... -.- I pity you !!

  • @babkrani Oh god, ow...that misplaced arrogance actually hurt to read. I actually flinched in real life. Oh and if you decline to debate, I suggest you keep your ideas to yourself :P Once they're voiced they're in the marketplace of ideas, and you lose your right to say "It's mine leave it alone!". I can rip the shit outta you for whatever I want, once you've put your idea out there. So I thank you; you've given me my daily giggle and my daily dose of stupidity.

  • @Darthmas2242 In the biginning i taught this tirade will have something usefull !!

First of all im not going to debate something that is off-topic.

My 1st comment said that Dawkins claim that the girls have said : salty water and fresh water don't mix , and in fact the girls told him that its in eastuaries and there is a natural barrier. I think he twisted their claim because he is stupid, idiot and ignorant OR he is a liar, deciever and hypocrite.

Can we debate what made him twist their claim ?

  • @babkrani You're attempting to change the topic. Now, the actual point I was addressing was your point about the pycnocline zone where salt waters run below fresh waters, ignoring the fact of course that it's a gradient, with no distinct line between Salt and Fresh. You're also ignoring the fact that these things don't exist at the poles, due to temperature difference which is the biggest factor. Salt/fresh has very little to do with their not mixing. As per twisting claims, Dawkins didn't to me

  • @babkrani You're attempting to change the topic. • @Darthmas2242 "Dawkins didn't to me" That gives an idea of how "forzen" this debate will be.

I did not divert the topic, you just brought another topic instead of the one that was in my 1st comment. But it doesn't matter as long as you don't use words like "cretin".

I did not ignore any fact, because i didn't say that its always like that ( Nor the verse in the Quran says it ). A zone is the opposit of a distinct line, a barrier can be both.

In poles they do not need a boundary ;) !!

  • @babkrani I've suddenly become awfully nihilistic...they come and go in swings, so there'll be a month's pause between now and when I actually see fit to care about anything. As of right now, I view the entire god debate as pointless. I view everything as pointless at this point, so debating with me is gonna be like pulling teeth.

  • Unbelievable

  • here you go watch?v=jxnmvzV14xI skip to 1 minute 37 in that video.

  • Richard dawkins know nothing about Quran. It is the fact. It is not salty water and fresh water. He can be wonderful at biology but it is absolutely suck when the talks turn into marine science. Read first what Quran talked about in that ayah and ask a marine scientist and come back apologize because how I can be so fool to talking about that.

  • @yigitinebolulu Qur'anic verse (25:53) "forbidden partition" between fresh and salt water bodies. - Seem familiar buddy :)

  • @MrNintoku

1.Quran is not a science book. It does not describe itself like that. Quran describe some kinds of examples in the nature who was created by him.

2.Quran is arabic and this ayah in each words have more than one meanings.People can take what they want to prove their points.

3.I dont believe in God because Quran said there is a God.Before I read Quran,I am a theist and after that nothing changed I am still theist.

4.Richard Dawkins know nothing about Islam. It is fact.

  • @yigitinebolulu

I give you the first three but the fourth your just spluttering hatred. I'm pretty sure an intellect like him would at least know that the last prophet/messanger was Mohammed and that the two most holyiest cities are Mecca and Medina (in that order). Not a fact, just u making hateful assumptions about someone cause u dont like what they say.

  • @yigitinebolulu he didn't say that is what the Quran says, he was quoting what a student at the school said, and the said interview with the school girls was broadcast on TV, and they clearly say the fresh water and salt water don't mix in the sea!!

The program was broadcast in 2010 and is called: Age of Reason - Faith school menace.

  • @TheWhatismyname

If you see a wonderful house in your street, you probably like it and say yourself who did this house, its architecture should be talented guy.You say that because there is a design and should be a designer but the things turn to belief in God,This marvellous universe cant have a supreme God.We have reason, they dont have.

Richard can be wonderful to tell lots of things but it does not mean he is all-knower.I simply say he has so many little knowledge about Islam.

  • Shit only floats if the mass of the shit is lesser than water it displaces. This is true of all objects, you can check this by throwing a Qu'ran in the toilet.

  • Few years back, a rumour had spread in Mumbai, saying that Sea water has turned into sweet water from salt water; Thousands of people from muslim areas had rushed to the beach to taste dirty sea water. This video explains why there was such a rush.

  • This partition (zone of separation) has a different salinity 4m the fresh water & from the salt water.

This information has been discovered recently using advanced equipment 2 measure temperature, salinity, density, oxygen dissolubility, etc.The human eye can't see difference between the 2 seas that meet, rather 2 seas appear as 1 homogeneous sea.Likewise, the human eye can't see the division of water n estuaries into 3 kinds: fresh water, salt water, and the partition (zone of separation)....

  • 1 may ask,why did the Quran mention the partition when speaking about the divider between fresh & salt water, but didn't mention when speaking about the divider between 2 seas?science has discovered that n estuaries, where sweet & salt water meet, situation is different 4m what is found n places where 2 seas meet It has been discovered that what distinguishes fresh water from salt water in estuaries is a “pycnocline zone with a marked density discontinuity separating the two layers.” continued

  • But when the Quran speaks about the divider between fresh and salt water, it mentions the existence of “a forbidding partition” with the barrier. God has said in the Quran:"He is the one who has set free the two kinds of water, one sweet and palatable, and the other salty and bitter. And He has made between them a barrier and a forbidding partition".(25:53)

  • if the girl explained it is possible that he might have asked a 2 year old girl she explained it wrong i gave the exact quote fro quran and the scientific explanation...it is true that there is no proven scientific fact that contradicts quran. from the expansion of universe to the rotation of earth every thing is in there...

  • @MegaGamesbond How about relativity and evolution?

  • @595o firstly qur'an does contains scientific facts that science has discovered in the past couple of hundred years, however the purpose of Qur'an is not to speak about every science fact. because I am human with limited knowledge I can't tell you if there is any mention of Relativity, i'll check. CONTINUED

  • @MegaGamesbond Well, it's how people in favour re-interpret it being there, but then there is also much stuff that indicates flawed views from greek physicians that we're popular at these times (thanks to Hellenism) like on conception.

  • @595o secondly i said "there is no proven scientific fact that contradicts quran" as far my limited knowledge is concerned and I am just a college student I do believe that humans've evolved mentally and physically but I don't believe that my ancestor could be a chimp because our DNA is more than 90% similar or a Banana because of about 50% similarity.evolution still has 2 answer some serious questions as far as science is concerned.quran speaks about creationism rather evolution CONTINUED

  • @595o this topic is very vast and I can't really explain it in 490 characters, if you really want to understand Islamic view point on science watch Zakir Naik's videos on youtube if u r free...thnxxxx

  • @MegaGamesbond You can copy-paste walls of text but not tell me whether Mr. Naik mentions these topics?

  • @595o as i said before I am not an expert, i don't want to go deep in topics that i am not an expert in. if you really want to know and understand something then why not watch that video or do some independant research as i can't explain each and everything on youtube. or if you are here just to watch this video and not understand the view point from the other side then there is no point in me arguing with you...God bless you

  • The Mediterranean water stabilizes at this depth.Although there are large waves, strong currents, & tides in these seas, they don't mix or transgress this barrier.& this is what Qur'an talks about when it says"He has set free the two seas meeting together. There is a barrier between them. They do not transgress"(55:19-20) I don't know how authentic that story is, secondly all schools are monitored by the government and their science syllabus is same as any other school... continued

  • It is true that n places where 2 different seas meet, there's a barrier between them. This barrier divides 2 seas so that each has its own temperature, salinity & density. For example,Mediterranean sea water is warm, saline, & less dense, compared to Atlantic ocean water. When Mediterranean sea water enters the Atlantic over the Gibraltar sill, it moves several hundred kilometers into the Atlantic at a depth of about 1000 meters with its own warm, saline, and less dense characteristics. continued

  • like English football players, evolution theory is overrated theory anyway

    lol

    :p

  • I studied under Persian schooling system -both in Iran and in Dubai- for 11 years! In religious studies, we had creation, but in biology, creation was NEVER mentioned!

Then I see some states in America, get permission to teach ID along with evolution in biology classes! What the fuck is going on????

    With Love

    An anti-Theist

  • haha, my 2 favorite atheists talk together. epic.

  • @TheCheese9 Quran. 25:53

"And it is He who has released [simultaneously] the two SEAS, one fresh and sweet and one salty and bitter, and He placed between them a barrier and prohibiting partition."

The Quran talks about SEAS. not about regular, elementary laboratory water ladies and gentlemen.

    /watch?v=6mVyOyohdsk

    /watch?v=rS5Ak_KVDGE

    be JUST atheist!

  • I am a muslim and i think the headmaster this guy is talking about is wrong , you cannot indoctrinate children to believe on source of scripture. The bible is still something i look at and i still look at scientific evidence. you have to allow people to look at different things before they make their minds up. And people to need to know not every muslim is an indoctrinating badman , just saying

  • @eevil123 you are Amateur , that's what ur profile mentioned, so i don't have respond to you until you fully grown up

  • of course Quran has privileged on any source of knowledge Darwin theory has no credibility today, so why do you want Muslims to believe in expired theories

despite superiority of Quran , proven science will never contradict Quran content

  • Richard Dawkings just tell craps, Muslims know this from Quran, but they know also the reason is different densities and and different surface tensions.

atheists people is more sick than religious ones you know why, because they are empty people

  • @hufmancode im empty? i suppose you have some superior source of information to back that statement with? maybe something that was written by a bunch of fools about 1800 years ago?

  • @hufmancode We are realists. There are so many flaws in the Qu'ran that you choose to ignore. It's your narrow mindedness that refuses you to accept otherwise. It's an Atheists broad and questioning mind that allows us to see the truth; That there is no God, and that all religion is nonsense.

  • @drfred26 the flows in the mind of who believe them selves as realists in fact there are delusionists

  • religion ruins this world

look what happend to the poor jews 65 years ago...

look what happened to women rights all over history...

look how educated we could be if religion was dismissed... we could be civillizing mars by now! or even the average death age would be 150! or even cure cancer...

fuck religion and most of all fuck islam

DESTROY THESE FUCKERS!!!!! if the world would go down it would be because of the muslim growth... i hope the atheistic rate would overpass muslim rates

  • @trachdog2

Yes, they are similar, but if we were to look at the 3 scriptures, the most violent and backward is the Torah, not the New Testament and not the Koran!

  • hes ignorant. the quran states this about the salty mediterranian sea and the atlantic ocean:

He is the one who has set free the two kinds of water, one sweet and palatable, and the other salty and bitter. And He has made between them a barrier and a forbidding partition. (Quran, 25:53)

I would still believe the quran for myself than what 'people' interpret it as.

  • intelligence begats intelligence. a quick summary of atheism is removing the word creator out of the dictionary. since there is no creator. human beings are not creators. there only compilers. to proclaim atheism means to destroy the word creator and creation.

  • science scares christians. not muslims. when i sit in any science class it only gives me more faith. most people see life through a tunnel. others see the entire angle. i remember when i heard about a guy talking about hiv. and how it hides in spots so that it won't be detected by the white blood cells. your body is a living city. with residents soldiers police security bankers merchants janitors governers and treasurers. creation is real. it's not a theory nor is it mythology

  • Richard Dawkins misleaded the audience about the salt and fresh water example, this is not what the Quran described, if you are interested see:

    /watch?v=vnplYi227q0

  • @BanderHM

let's also not forget that richard dawkins isn't a scientist.

  • @BanderHM You don't like it becuase he showed the inerrant nonsense in your book. The same with stars are missles to shoot the jin.

  • richard dawkins. why don't you take your religion and sit on it. if you want to propagate your religion don't harrass and make fun of others for propagating theres. you know muslims don't believe in evolution.

  • @yusufulhas I'm a Muslim and I do believe in evolution. Many Muslims do actually.

  • @lotr450

muslims believe in creation. creation is in the qur'an. what you're doing is called selling your religion for a cheap price.

  • @yusufulhas There's a considerable amount of Muslims who believe in evolution. Contrary to popular Islamic belief, the Quran supports evolution and not creation in many verses. Evolution was first discovered by Muslim scientists in the medieval era. AlJahiz described natural selection in his book "The Book of Animals". Ibn Khaldun described evolution from minerals to humans in his book "AlMuqaddimah". These scientists were religious and never saw any conflict between evolution and Islam.

  • @lotr450

one of the attributes of allah is al khalaq. the creator. you know these things right? why are you lying on the qur'an? believing in evolution entails saying things happen without the will of Allah. i believe that creatures were CREATED in stages. but one came from another. no way

  • @yusufulhas LOL! God is the creator in a sense that he created the Universe and set the laws of physics. I can ascribe evolution to God as the one who oversaw the whole process. God is also al bari and al musawwer, which means the sustainer and fashioner (evolover).

Evolution is an undeniable fact. There are tons of evidence supporting it. Go look at the evidence.

    btw, are you a Muslim?

  • @yusufulhas not believing in evolution is like believing the earth does not orbit the sun, it's 100% fact

  • @DanGRtheMan

if you don't accept that the qur'an contains scientific facts and information within in it. why do you expect us to accept the origin of species as 100% scientifically correct?

  • @yusufulhas LMAO what scientific facts??? check the channels of the islammiracle and therationalizer, they debunk all the 'miracles'. God didn't mention the BILLIONS of galaxies, but he mentions 'lights' on the 'lowest heaven' + SEVEN earths. The Quran mentions the heavens and the earth being TORN APART, but the earth wasn't THERE at the Big Bang, this is false. Its nonsense to think God would start his religion from one man. You've never looked for errors, how do YOU know the Quran is from God?

  • @DanGRtheMan Maybe he has a signed copy. I do like how, for some reason, holy books only contain scientific information *after* the relevant discoveries have been made. Just a coincidence I'm sure.

  • @justtryharder Ha, Ha!

    Dear Yusuf,

I've sent you this book so you can try and make an interpretation of what it says from all the wildly different translations the arabic gives you. You should know I care a lot about you. Sorry about all the wars my giving of islam to one man has caused.

    From God.

PS. I should be obligated to you as you are my beloved creation, but if you don't agree to be my slave and follow EVERY word I say, I will burn your skin forever and give you new skins to burn.

  • @DanGRtheMan If I were him I'd put it on eBay. If the Quran is from god, then he is pretty lazy. 2000 years and no sequel?

  • @justtryharder I'm also eagerly awaiting the sequel. In fact, He should release them every christmas just like the Hollywood Blockbusters. QURAN TWO: This time the earth is created AFTER the heavens

  • @yusufulhas dawkins is an athiest which means he has the capability to think for himself

  • @yourmummademefat

sounds like you're assuming all of the religious were born into there beliefs. let's be a little intellectual hear folks. just because somebody didn't come to your conclusions doesn't mean they don't have the capability to think for themselves. i generally don't like talking to atheists. most of the time there bigheaded think there smarter than everybody and really aren't intelligent. i mean if you believe in anything just because it's in the books you're not intelligent

  • the secular jews who attach there jewish behaviors and bring it outside of there sick and twisted religion are worse. they are the masterminds behind communism fascism nationalism feminism and all the other political ills of the 20th and 21st century. what they don't want you to know and what the jewish media has caused you to forget is the satanism and extreme magical practices of jewish people.

  • a jew doesn't have anything to say about any race people or religion. A JEW should be ashamed to even walk outside of his front door. i absolutely aggree with them wearing yellow badges. only the religious ones. there a bunch of money grubbing evil diabolical hate filled animals. they killed the prophets. muhammad(saw) was poisened by a JEWISH woman. don't let that anti semite term fool you. you're not talking about a race or indivisuals you're talking about a people. they are vile

  • ISLAM IS GLORIFIED STUPIDITY

  • @hornerc1 whoops my bad. i meant to say they would mix at the start but after sometime it would separate and not mix, like water and oil but water and oil wont mix at the starting. srry guys for being a fagot, i had one fuckin terrible day and my anger had messed me up when wrote my comment. looks like i released my anger on utube. again i apologize.

  • U GUYS ARE SOOO FUCKING DUMB (those who believe the fucktard). SALT WATER AND FRESHWATER DONT MIX (after a while it does because it will eventually the salt will dissolve into the fresh water) BECAUSE FRESH WATER IS LESS DENSE THAN SALT WATER U HOMOFUCK.

  • There's no evolution at all. We still hate each other and think that we are superior.

  • @cineasta71 i think i love you so much ahahaha

  • religion is a sickness that has posioned humanity!!!! it takes away the rights of women and children and holds back civilization!!!

  • @LadyScorpio39 The most truthful statement ever made about religion.

  • @jrwilson98

thanks so much jr.........glad to see more people think the same way.

it breaks my heart the way religion is used to control and manipulate people.

  • @LadyScorpio39

    That's right.

Islam is the worst of them all.

  • @Jyrki1964 search halocline for natural barrier between salt and fresh water...Richard is a great debater and tese omissions will lead you to hell.

  • @pchotel13 Really? I thought it was the Jews who were the root of all evil. At least that's what other mongs like you say..

  • @pchotel13

does the hadith say that apostates should be killed or not?

  • @pchotel13 gee that karma does not come in a form of an assasin, does it?

  • @pchotel13 not avoiding anything, just read the responses

  • really? the fact that honor killings happen primarily among muslims is rubish?

  • @pchotel13 the hadith says otherwise

  • @pchotel13 really? how about the hadith ."Sahih al-Bukhari, 9:83:17, Sahih al-Bukhari, 9:84:57

how about the recent egypt survey where 90 % said that apostacy is punishable by death? how about the cases of Abdul Rahman,Mahmoud Mohammed Taha,[30] Faraj Foda,[31] Rashad Khalifa, Ghorban Tourani, Necati Aydin, Uğur Yüksel, and the Egyptian Nobel prize winner Najib Mahfouz ? dirty lies?

  • @pchotel13 ok, lets leave the terrorists out of it. do you believe that appostates deserve death?

  • @pchotel13 well, thats funny, those guys blowing themselves up in pizzerias and busses say they do it in the name of the holy jihad, in the name of islam. they dont see themselves as terrorists, my friend. they see themselves as soldiers of allah against the imperialist westerners, maybe even those illuminatis.

think about it. all religions have extremists. where are the budists blowing themselves up? where are the christians killing thousands in the name of their god?

  • @pchotel13 oh, so the illuminatis should be killed?

  • @pchotel13 there is something wrong when stating facts is an insult to your religion. tell me, do you think appostates deserve death?

  • @pchotel13 the fact that too many muslims regard apostasy as a capital crime is not a matter of oppinion. the fact that honor killings happen predominantly in muslim communities is not an oppinion. the fact that theo van goh was killed over criticism of islam is not an oppinion. the fact that the world faces an islamic terrorist threat is not an oppinion. there is something wrong when one religion has a virtual monopoly on global terrorism. THATS AN OPPINION

  • @pchotel13 actually i know. the penalty is death. that is wjat the book says, that is what history shows, that is what 90% of egyptians say in in the recent poll. now, how can oyu say that islam is a peaceful religion when apostates are threatened with deaths, when most of the honor killings happen in muslim communities, when the thise who dare insult the religion are threatened with death. i am sorry, but i think its time islam got its shit together and dragged itsdelf into the 21st century

  • Watch mu video (My God Delusion Part 3 - How Richard Dawkins Twisted the Truth).

    /watch?v=q2IEvykdCpQ

The Quran was talking about the halocline. Dawkins was very stupid not to understand what the girls were talking about.

  • @helasmoh Pretty sure that's a gradient with different concentrations of salt not as the qur'an states a "forbidden partition". Don't bother replying I have no interest in magical thinking.

  • @pchotel13 what does queran say about apostates? what is the punishment for switching to another religion?

  • @SockbatReplica

"The use of the term "civil war" has been controversial, with a number of commentators preferring the term "civil conflict". A poll of over 5,000 Iraqi nationals found that 27% of polled Iraqi residents agreed that Iraq was in a civil war, while 61% thought Iraq was not. Two similar polls of Americans conducted in 2006 found that between 65% to 85% believed Iraq was in a civil war"

please don't respond anymore, cause I wont.

  • @SockbatReplica

Where do you get your information from? lol you are really that clueless?? better off listening to celebrity gossip, because you really are clueless when it comes to politics and world news/event. I am against anything that has to do w/ making a weapon that its whole purpose is to cause havoc, and just like most people Muslim or not.

  • @SockbatReplica

Actually some people believe they are part of the crusade in the army and are in Baghdad for that purpose, and if you count an army based on its faith then Christianity is at it again and still winning the killing streaks.

  • @mohab18 christians dont kill a person if he decides to switch from christianity to another religion. christians dont kill their daughters if they have sex before marriage. christians dont threaten violence4 if someone draws a picture of jesus in a newspaper.

  • @SockbatReplica

You baboon that's called faith for ya, if you try to deny anyone's faith and tell them its wrong, they always get defensive. Think I am wrong go and ask a christian or a Muslim the same thing, and tell me the different responds. Have you forgotten that christian is still the leading religion in killing blows or "HONORABLE KILLS" ever heard of the crusade? yeah do research please.

  • Muslims, search for the video titled "Quran Miracle Debunked: The Sea Barrier"

  • @GalneGunnarTV so the Quran isn't talking about the mixing saltwater and freshwater for instance if you mixed them yourself in a bowl that they would separate. Rather, it is referring to the separation of salt and freshwater bodies on Earth. Context people, CONTEXT! any language major would tell you that the context defines the nature and meaning of the language content. it's easy for anything to sound ridiculous if you remove it from its context! duh!

  • @GalneGunnarTV This scientific phenonmenon mentioned in the QUR'AN was also confirmed by Dr. William Hay who is a well-known marine scientist and Professor og Geological Sciences at the University of Colorado, U.S.A.

  • @GalneGunnarTV Oceanologists are now in a better position to explain this verse. There is a slanted unseen water barrier between the seas through which water from one sea passes to the other. But when the water from one sea enters the other sea, it loses its distinctive characteristic and becomes homogenized with the other water. In a way this barrier serves as a transitional homogenizing area for the two waters.

  • @muhammadfuckedAkid

"Yes you got that right, seldom do we hear about christian terrorists going to an islamic country and blowing stuff up"

Well technically you could talk about Iraq and Afghanistan invasions being, you know, a "crusade" :S

"christian honour killings daughters or doing FGM...battery acid attacks on school girls"

Well you got me there, don't see them doing that at all.

  • WRONG! Richard, The direct translation of the verse your referring to is:

"He (God) has let free the two bodies of water meeting together; between them is a barrier that they do not transgress"

This is referring to the scientific phenomena of "pycnocline zone" between bodies of water in oceans that have different salinities, yet they do not mix....

OF COURSE you don't believe me. That is fine research it yourself and see if you can sleep at night.

  • @distinction109 thank you for clearing that up, i CANT believe that they gave this idiot air time on tv, what a manipulative monster this so called richard is, my goodness they are using these rascial tactics to deter from they awlful economic failings of their governments.

  • @distinction109

He's a scientist, and any scientist who takes science seriously, does not resort to "miracles" as explanations for things people can't explain otherwise. Many claims have been made by Muslims about scientific verses, many of them appear to have predated Islam, so it's reasonable to assume the same for the other so called "miracles", there is also the fact that many verses are written vaguely hence open to many interpretations also.

  • Maher has no class. Instead of always picking on Christians and Muslims, he needs to stop giving Judaism a pass, just because he's a Jew himself. Jewish scriptures are wayyyyy more backward than the New Testament and the Koran.

  • @Nejiboud I hear ya, it's quite annoying that he has this kind of bias really. Although Judaism has a very very small number of followers, that doesn't mean it should be immune to criticism, $cientology is not immune from criticism even if they have a few followers.

  • @Nejiboud Yeah, that's sort of true. The Torah, or old testament, is quite backwards, but you have to take into account that the Jews are a smart people, and most of the ones I know don't believe in God or any of those things. So criticizing their religious rules and beliefs is superfluous because they'd probably agree with you and laugh at the whole thing.

  • @Nejiboud Jewish scriptures are backwards as any other.

But the point is that the majority of Jews don't take them literally.

The majority of Jews do not regard them as indisputable fact, and so they have little influence on the educational system.

To the best of my knowledge that is not the case in the Muslim world.

  • @elbazart

that's not true. the jewish people are guided by there scripture. there foreign policy is based off there scripture. alot of actions are based off there scripture. don't be fooled by the "secular" laws. israel is a religious state. they allow any jew no matter what race he/she is to settle in israel
