  • good thing that treasure was built by former Konami workers

  • Too bad this never came out on PSP. I bet the PSP can handle the processing. Lovely review :)

  • @LekkerFilmen Indeed. At least we've got all other main Gradius games. (By "main" I mean, of course, I II III IV and Gaiden)

  • @Quartrez Ah yeah. Im not complaining though .. and.. Hwho knows what classic remakes come out to the PS Vita (fingers crossed)

  • @LekkerFilmen Yes, and while Gradius V is not my favorite Gradius, I still like it a lot, and would absolutely love to see a PSP port of it.

  • Great review and great accent too! but i have to disagree with you on the music. while it is different from the other gradius games where they have catchy happy-go lucky tunes (which are awesome in their own right), this one has a more mature theme and you can sense that with the level design as well, so the music is more epic and fitting the context of the game rather than the traditional music in the gradius series.

  • @Matarazzi I have to agree with you. Any soundtrack by Hitoshi Sakimoto is a winner to my ears.

  • Great review!
