  • Is this guy a mute? I cant imagine how many people would like to know what is being grown and with what systems and products. I'm also curious to know what percentage of your customers come into the store and spend $3,000 or more to grow tomatoes and lettuce?

  • @saucyjay99 No I'm not a mute. It's a bit hard to explain every single system and item in the store in 3 minutes. We offer free grow classes every Thursday to explain how hydroponics and organics work. A hydro bucket system using the sun as a light would start about $25. Indoor Fluorescent grow lights start at about $60. Peole spending $3000 run large greenhouses. We sell everything for the beginner up to full farm production.

  • Is that a metal halide lamp you have in the tent? What's the wattage?

  • @annahasier That's an Induction light. The model you see is from Inda-Gro here in San Diego. It uses a design from Tesla in the late 1800's and use it in modern grow light applications. Super low heat and high Lux (166.5 vel/w) intensity from such a low wattage, low heat, broad spectrum, long life, compact fixture. Bulb doesn't use electrodes.... uses radio frequencies. Should never need to replace the bulb and has a 10 yr warranty. They go from this 100Watt all the way up to 400W
