No, Dragon Nest SEA is just as official as NA dragon nest :3 but in my opinion SEA is better in some things like service/updates/event.

There IS a global Dragon Nest ^^ Dragon Nest SEA.

All countries can play except for the ones that already have a Dragon Nest version in their own country , like NA/China/Taiwan.
