I'd like to know a basic vegan shopping list that I can use while doing P90x! Can you help with that? I'm at 195 pushing for 170 but I'm down from 225 can you help?

@Getchecked the slimness comes from the marathons and running, went I first went vegan I was still big but it was more sprints.
