you cant do that with just an amp you need whats called an effects pettle it has pre set sound effects that make your guitar sound a certain way the song can be played more accurate with the tuning being set proper but the effects pettle works great for beat it

WAYYYY too much distortion bro. EVERYBODY gets it wrong when trying to copy Eddie. They crank up the gain when that's NOT the key to his tone at all. Not to say you're trying to copy his tone exactly but the solo would sound better if you backed of the gain a bit. Not bad though...

I shouldn't have been critical. I should post something before I criticize. I just see a lot of people add too much distortion when copping Eddie's sound. Most of the time it's because he was able to get great sustain without as much gain and us mortals have to work the amp harder to get the sounds he gets. I think I'm gonna try to learn this tonight though.
