I am doing her 30 Day Shred exercise DVD every now and again, but l am loving No More Trouble Zones - wow-ee! I hate strength training but that DVD really gets your heart rate going, and still helps you lose weight whilst building muscle and losing fat at the same time! Whoever hasn't tried it, try it! You won't be disappointed :)

@vanskelig I've lost 20 lbs in 4 months doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I mainly did Level 1 using 2 lb dumbbells in each hand, and this was throughout the fall semester of college. Now I'm trying to get my parents into it... Jillian Michaels' workouts are the only ones that make me SEE RESULTS!
