  • 1:27 makes me horny..

  • This is THE PERFECT example of how to NOT work with cats!!! If you think on following this training BEWARE: you wil never have your cat as a friend! Stupid information by the way! (The one and only Belgian catman >katman.be)

  • there's something aloot easier than keeping a spray bottle everywhere.....when my cat scratches me i beat the hell outta her

  • what a big deal , it doesn't need an expert to tell

  • 1. The spray bottle is not physical punishment at all... When I accidentally spray myself in the kitchen (bounces off of a plate...) I get angry, but not physically abused, or when my brother pushes me in the pool without my consent.

    2. LMFAO!!!!!She looked like I did with blisters on my nose... A troll! 0:38 / 0:42 - 0:48 Then all relaxed...

  • Um...guys...I think this is satire.

She looks a little too trigger happy, and obviously the cats aren't hosed on camera, so it's all good. Calm down! TSSST!!

  • i feel bad for those cats!

  • you dont know shit!! i work with and train cats and dogs they have great memories you bitch!!!!!!!!!!!! you dont know shit!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You know who else has a good memory? Your mom. I trained her real hard last night, although she still urinated on the carpet afterwards. Had to hit her with the spray bottle a few times. Its all good now, though. Ask your dad about it, he was there too.

  • Nothing against using a spray bottle, but this instructor doesn't look as though she has a natural fondness of animals. Also spaying a cat is one thing, drowning it is another.

  • I completely disagree with this training method. Cats are intelligent animals. If you let them see that it's you who spray water on them, all they learn is not to do it in front of you. If you have to use a spray bottle spray on their chests without letting them see you. Let them believe jumping onto the counter makes bad things happen. I also don't agree that you can't teach an old cat new tricks. I adopted my cat as an adult. He learned many voice commands within 2 weeks!

  • this is total crap! look how angry you are when you spray that bottle you are ruining your relation with your cat. You might think you're smart cause the cat's get off the counter, but let me tell you the cat is smarter has he knows YOU are holding the bottle and he does it behind your back. Who's training who? Good question hey! It just seem good for nothing but letting your frustration out.

  • Hardly. If spraying is going to work, it'll work, whether the cat sees you or not. I've taken many strays in, and some learn, some don't. Spraying a cat with water will not ruin your relationship with your cat. Some of the cats that are the most friendly to me have been sprayed hundreds of times. And some cats learn from it. Some don't. Like humans, they are all different.

  • I think its funny when idiots think they know better then professional cat trainers

  • how do you know she is a professional? Because of the youtube name? Come on. Professionals use clicker training and verbal punishment/reward. No real trainer uses physical punishment to reinforce behaviors.

  • its more then a name its a website/organization, my vet told me to use water spray, guess you are smarter then him too right??

  • because obviously the vet knows everything. I have hundreds of dollars in vet bills for a non-existing condition for my cat. My cat is fine and healthy and the vet is perplexed as to why there is nothing wrong. Why? She inhailes her food instead of chewing, so she vomits. Clearly in the society of today where everything is explained by illness, a normal explaination can't be the cause, right?

  • Physical punishment would be if I smacked you upside your head for being stupid. Spraying an animal with water is harmless and recommended by many trainers and vets, go join peta ya jackass

  • Yes, physical punishment and emotional aren't tied at all or anything. And another thing, developmental psychologists know more than you, I'm sure. The world produces too many kids with problems, for one, because of people like you that cling to methods proved to be more harmful.

Secondly, I have a right to my opinion, and it had nothing to do with you. Now you've created one.

  • I'm not sure what the point of that long rambling story was, but using the spray bottle is a good form of discipline

  • You know... he is partially right... The spray bottle is a fine technique, that you are wrong about, but she isn't a professional! Read the full description, she is ventriloquist/actor, not a cat trainer or veterinarian!
