theres no readily available tools for people that don't know how to Hex edit ROMs to hack the DS games, so we have to hack GBA games like Ruby and Sapphire, which obviously didn't have those pokemon in it, and theres limited space on a ROM, so instead of adding pokemon, unless you really know what your doing, you have to overwrite old pokemon.
