@ObeYsXeGiant I like them alot. Other than the inability to adjust for range (100, 200, 300 meters, etc.) they are awesome. Tuthfully though, how often will you really need that option. Krebs makes a peep hole site similar to the Mojo that does adjust for elevation similar to the standard AK sight which is nice as well too. I run that site on my Arsenal SGL-21
@superdznuts99 hey. good job... you know you could have made yours a total barrel length of 16 inches if you cut your barrel shorter and solder the flash suppressor on to end up with a total barrel length of just over 16... it is a lot of work..lol. heads up..... all that work you did... well. sometime this spring, a lower ar mag well has been modified to replace the marcus adapter. you install this and the sks will take any and all ar mags.. the new ar mag adapter is made by marcus...
@Binkii70 small correction.... the new Gen7AR will ONLY... repeat ONLY take C-Products CUSTOM MADE 7.62x39 Gen7AR mags that will ONLY be available at TrulyTactical-dot-com and/or Marcus's website...
@Binkii70 ... 2nd addendum... you are absolutely correct on taking the bbl down to 14.5" and silver soldering a US Made muzzle controle device... BUT if one performs THAT mod... they'll ALSO need to open up the gas hole an extra 3/64" to 1/16" to compensate for the shorter bbl...
@TheHossUSMC yeah, that was a consideration when I did the conversion for me too - but I decided to do it anyway. I'm not sure how it would work with the rest of the pieces, but there are AK mag conversions available...I may look into that at some pt.
@TheHossUSMC I think the necessary mods to make the SKS take AK mags might really not be worth it though, as it would take milling out the receiver and completely changing out the trigger assembly. There two varieties of Norinco SKSs (Types D and M IIRC) that take AK mags out of the box though...
@SpiritOffAdventure22 lol, thanks. I think it will work quite well and is just that much more usable nowwith the shorter length, removable magazines, etc.
How you like those mojo sights?

@WillStone072 Don't be jealous, it doesn't suit you - find a cheap Norinco in good condition and build you're own!

@TheHossUSMC search for Norinco Sporter SKS or SKS AK on Gunbroker and you'll see a few of the Ds and Ms. Have a Happy New Year Hoss.
