  • And the goal of these excercises is, what?? Why do a shrugmotion where the musclework isn´t lined up with the line of force. Standing vertical shrugs is fine, but why move shoulders back? No point in doing that.

  • It's not horrible, but you always want to do excercises at your maximum weight which isn't always necessary. Keep doing them really heavy and fuck up your shoulders, i couldn't care less.

  • Those first raises that combine both frontal and lateral might not be the best ideea for some people, the humersu and scapula bones can get jamed ... if your shoulder hurt you or pop while doing them .... stop it, and continue with frontal and lateral raises each in separate sets ...

  • how much weight to use? how many times to do? and how often? (days) how much rest inbween? how to put them in to the daliy rutine?

  • Id recommend, workouts for 3 non consecutive days of the week, the ammount of weight is dependant on you, a good weight is an ammount which you will get strain from, but you have the ability to do, the ammount of reps, 1 set of 6, 1 set of, 1 set of 4, and and so on.

  • Well, 3 non consecutive days would be, wednesday, friday and sunday, assuming you have more time on sunday to do workouts, a good weight is a weight which is challenging or hard, remember High intensity, low reps.

  • That is what I looked like until I did my first cycle of juice lol. He is not very big guys. His cuts make him look about twenty pounds bigger than he is. Also, look at his legs. They are the size of an average slim guys. He could never even hope to compete in a real competition.

  • RRMK, If you want to get your front profile triceps to widen. A good workout is taking a freehand weight at 60+ pounds and raise it behind your head, its worked good for me.
