I busted up my ribs two weeks ago on a train in new caney. Its no joke, I was able to ride back due to adrenaline. In this sport rib injuries are more common than anything else. I suggest rib protection to anyone riding enduros. Its been two weeks and I still hurt.Needless to say I invested in some protection. This is after year of riding with no incident. I should have acted sooner....It SUCKS
Ha ha that was hilarious! I found this today while trying to find out if the race is cancelled this weekend. Your friends were in denial, "are you done man? are you sure?? lol, Im the same way,. wrecked like that many many times, losing your wind is the worst.

Ouch! When you can't breath it's a scary feeling. Ive done this before too. You would eat dirt if you thought it would make you breath better.
