The bath should not take too long. That's true. Preemies can't really regulate their body temps at all yet. However, does the caregiver have to be so rough?
Relax people, she's FINE. If you've ever volunteered in a rehab hospital (as I have), you'd realize that baths need to be quick and babies are 10-times stronger than you think.
