Our immigration policy has been broken since Reagan allowed amnesty. I think there should be a system to allow them to become citizens if they meet the requirements, BUT we can't just open the border and let whoever wants in to just come in. That is chaos, and its bad for immigrants, wages, and the country as a whole.
