There are 5 siblings in the family. Father died-age 57, mother died at 60. My sister died at 62, my one brother died at 64. Please do not say there is a cure for cancer unless there is proof. Guess what age I am? I am 62, and believe me, I am scared out of my wits about getting lung cancer, even though I quit smoking almost 10 yrs ago. Chemotherapy is like throwing gasoline on a small fire- certainly chemo kills more people than any supposed deadly cancer. The only "cure" ( preventive, really ) is a plant based diet ( nowhere near as bad as it sounds ) free of diary and chemical additive foods. i don't know if anyone has told Farrah there is another less official treatment for cancer.. It's cannabinoids and extract of the hemp flower. It could well be available in California. Search (Rick Simpson). Some people say that it has cured them.

Bottom line Farrah has a "movie" coming out on this rare cancer. I got this rare cancer...shortly after Farrah did. I knew nothing about cancer really before that. I'm a middle aged married lady. It has been two years, so far so good.

The good news is that if there is no local recurrence (which is 95 percent if anal cancer caught at stage one (less than 2 cm not in walls nor lymph nodes), then you are considered CURED if it does not come back within 3 years. Farah's was bigger than 2 cm (strawberry size) and returned, then spread to her liver.

If you have rectal bleeding don't assume it is a hemorrhoid have it checked by a gasteroenterologist. WOMEN over 40 make sure you get a digital rectal exam...anal cancer affects more middle age women. It is not fun. If you catch it early (less than 2 cm and it has not spread to the lymph nodes YOU still have a one in five chance of dying in five years.
